this villa was up a hill this was not shown prior to arrival my wife and I re 75+ and had a difficult time walking up a mountan side

Location is great, barely a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 7-11 up the road, and still pretty quiet. The staff were incredible, very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was that the bathroom had a mildew-like smell to it, which didn't go away even after the room service team cleaned up.

Clean and silent Nothing. I just don’t like Phuket so I did not enjoy my stay. It is horrible ambience.

Big, clean, comfortable room about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Property is well maintained and the owner and staff are very friendly and happy to assist with restaurant, beach and entertainment options. There's a convenience store, a great massage place, ATMs, money exchange and a tuk tuk stand all within an easy 5 minute walk. The air conditioning unit in my room wasnt working and it wasn't able to be fixed during my stay. I was provided with a fan but it was uncomfortably hot in the evenings.

Very close to Kata beach (2-3 min). The beach is nice so you dont need to discover other beaches on the island. Perfect for surfing mainly, not swimming. The rooms are spacious and the location is good. There are several restaurants and cafes at a walking distance. Nothing. All good. Just be careful with the taxi or grab there. Insanely expensive :/

Absolutely adored our time at Kata. They had the most comfortable bed in all our hotel stays in Thailand. The owner and manager were extremely helpful and wonderful people to chat with. It’s not a dislike, just a heads up that there are a lot of stairs so be prepared to get your luggage up to your room and back down again.
