Good location close to the beach the room nice and clean if you room on the fourth floor you can see the beach views but other the floor you can see can the beach views also.

Very kind staff with an amazing breakfast. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Stop browsing now and just book it- you won’t regret it!

Less staff for the Inn itself and they should do something about the stairs as in order to go for the rooms on the higher floors, you need to take the stairs.

Staff was excellent, very helpful, very attentive. Room was nice and clean. I had the top level which had a sea view. I ate breakfast there each morning which was good as it was a combo of a little buffet with a cooked portion of american or british breakfast. Overally, really happy. It was just 1 block to the sea and you could look out the window and see the water right there. Room had air conditioning that worked well. Nice bathroom with everything. I had a fridge which was pretty big. It was quiet at night and comfortable. The only downside is the place to eat is right on a road. Like a road with no sidewalk and the open air eating is right where trucks and cars blast by which makes it fairly loud for any dining. I guess they could close off the dining area and air condition it to keep out the noise some, but its set up to be all open air. So, you cannot have a quiet dining experience, its going to be as loud as whatever car or motorbike goes right by. Not really a big deal though. Wifi didnt really work for most of the stay there. It was on and off constantly.

Nice view and proximity to the ocean. Very friendly staff. Great food - breakfast and dinner. Central location, walkable to beaches, food, shopping. The lowest room (B6) was a little awkwardly placed with foot traffic passing the windows/doors to get to the higher rooms - we felt we needed to keep the curtains closed most of the time. The beds were very firm, but that seems pretty common for the area.

Amazing staff, excellent cleaning, good location. Restaurant is great! It would be better to have better curtains to avoid sunlight coming through the windows.

Stairs hard to carry up luggage but the ladies at restaurant actually helped us.

The staff is very kind and the location is great. The room was large and comfortable. The stairs were very slippery when wet.

Nice staff and lovely breakfast. The sea view was as described. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly from the previous guests. It was also loud at night from the restaurant downstairs.

Great overall value for a 3-star hotel. Excellent location in Kata and a pleasant balcony. Eggs at breakfast were good. The hotel could use some renovation, especially better lighting. Breakfast options are limited, and there’s no full-length mirror in the room.

Walking distance to Kata Noi (just around the hill) Spacious rennovated rooms with good facilities and some tech (smart TV) Most comfortable hotel bed I slept in a long time. Super nice restaurant with super cool live music. Cleaning & refreshments as requested. Kata beach is crowded. Can't help it :)

While the food is great, the real Two Chefs are Micah and Mia, the house “band” who perform 8 days a week. Delightful staff, amazing location. Look left and right before crossing the street to the beach.

The cleanliness was not upto mark, stained sofas and smell from toilet. Upkeep of the place is poor

The hotel faces the busy road, so if you are sensitive to noise, you may find spending time on the terrace uncomfortable. However, the room doors block the sounds very well, so my sleep was not disturbed at all.

Beautiful views and delicious breakfast. Staff were awesome. Nothing.

Superb

The place did exactly what it said on the tin. Great budget hotel right next to the beach with plenty to do but also not too loud. Everything closes nearby at a reasonable time.
