Cleanliness Staff Hotel not very fancy, rooms outdated, bathroom not very comfortable though clean. Moving from one building to the other kne thru the not nice parking lot also used as other stores or restaurants in the same buildong warehouse...

The hotel is simply great! Staff is friendly, location is very convenient - 5 min to Kata beach; ATM, money exchange and supermarkets/restaurants are around the hotel. I promise to be back ? Lighting can be more bright

Room was very spacious and cozy. Cleanliness was on top! View from balcony on Kata beach - perfect! Very good water pressure and hot temperature to fill bath was always available (that was very big plus for us, as we like to relax in bath!) Cleaning available per request (we asked and staff cleaned room right away) That was very nice and professional! At ground floor located cafe from that can be ordered food and they bring it to our room. (Very nice option and food was very fresh and tasty made. And price was lower than most cafes around) We stayed in October-low season and nightly rate was super friendly around THB 1200 , so it was very worth the price taking in consideration of location also - just literally 50 meters and we are on sandy beach. Internet always stable and fast! AC worked perfectly! Not so big deal, but should mention that: -Although we had room faced to sea side on 2nd floor(we couldn't hear any street noise), but we could feel vibration from passing by cars (it was noticeable, but we quickly got used to it). -There was no electric kettle in room- but we asked and they give one right away. -Soundproofing not so well - quietness will depend on neighbors who will be living around (how loud they talk/watch TV, close/slam doors and move chairs) We was lucky enough to have quiet and respect most of the time.

Big rooms, proximity to the beach (which is not that important at off season), they give toiletries and water. There is a lift. The taxi service they provide is great! The driver was so kind and the car was very good. The bed was uncomfortable. A/C doesn’t start as soon as it’s turned on. (It’s central cooling system) Even when it’s at the lowest, it’s too strong that moves the heavy curtains. Either I got cold (when it’s on) or woke up sweaty (when it’s off) every morning. The house keeping knocks the door one time in the morning and if you say “later” they don’t come again even if you got out of the room 1 hour later. Also all the “sea view rooms” has side view of the beach. (Which I thought there were real sea view rooms since I booked the most expensive one)

Don’t take the bedroom to the street it’s very noise

The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed with a very comfortable bed and a well positioned aircon in the centre of the room not over the bed. The cleaners were prompt, very thorough and respectful for the entire stay. I ate regularly at the hotels restaurant because it was very good value and everything I ordered was delicous!, favs were the omlettes at breakfast, fried rice, massaman curry!. It is private and cosy in a safe location literally 10 seconds from kata beach!. Massage parlor I highly recommend at the back of the hotel and if you want a real drink and amazing food I suggest the two chef inn restaurant across the road. A traditional hotel owned by a Thai family, something I think you should support whilst in thailand.

Location No coffee ☕️ in the room

Check in was easy, and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable, and wifi was good. This end is also quieter which I liked rather than being right in the middle of Kata.

Very good location. Close to the beach and shops. Has everything you need including pool and a good internal restaurant. Pleasant staff. I would recommend staying on the beach side not only for the view but to avoid the busy traffic noise on the other side of the hotel.

A nice hotel with a very friendly atmosphere. Really nice people working there! Service-minded, kind, goodhearted and helpful people! Close to Kata beach (50meters) and close to Kata Noi if you prefer a beach with not so much tourists. The breakfast was totally fine and we didn’t miss anything. The kitchen also served tasty Thai and European food for a cheap price. Very spacious and clean room and had a good sleep in comfy beds. We had a balcony to the street. So a bit noisy at some times as there are plenty of traffic right outside. Also the fan to the ac is placed on the balcony so just turn it off if you need it more quiet when staying at the balcony. The traffic didn’t bother us much … we were staying at top floor. The rooms towards the poolarea and beach are much quieter if you are sensitive to traffic-noise. We all could sleep good as the traffic slows down during evening and night. No cockroaches, no ants, no spiders or other insects and very clean rooms. You get 2 waterbottles for free from the cleaners, soap, tp, schampoo and showercream and you can borrow beach/pool towels. The wifi was strong and without problems. Its a nice place that feels like home due to the staff working there … so friendly and caring people! Fresh fruits just 7meters across the street. A 7/11 a few steps away. The hotel is also near bars, restaurants, pharmacies and a international doctor-clinic. Also there is a laundry service just a few meters away in a supermarket.

Price, location less than 1 min to the beach walking, and a very kind and detailed staff. Would definitely come back!

Very good

The hotel was in a great location, just a 1-minute walk from Kata Beach, which was super convenient. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit weak on the third floor where my room was.
