Did not like walking up the hill to the hotel and on the hotel description it mentions shuttle. When inquired about shuttle from airport they do not have one. They need to specify that the shuttle is to the beach only.

There should be more Shuttle Bus because the hill is very steep.

Location was good and the facilities were good Safety and team co-operation. I lost 100$ from my wife makeup bag i will not say “ stolen “ i will say lost and escalated that for the manager , he stayed 2 days in investigation and after that told me , you can call the police ! Is this the normal way to solve this critical case ! I told him , my wife left her bag before house keeping entering the room and after we came back to the room we didn’t find it ! We reported that immediately . Also tried to contact booking support team without response till mow

The view is amazing, the pool and all amenities are incredible as well. Staff were excellent, kind and very accommodating. The breakfast is top tier! 12/10 stars recommend!!! Slower pace beach but still with proximity to night light in Patong if one wishes and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and night markets as well. There really anything I didn’t care for. This is definitely a must stay if you’re in the area.

The rooftop pool is just amazing, The food is good, Very friendly staff, comfy rooms 7-eleven store next to the hotel, few stores around the hotel. 15-20 min walk to Kata busy area The hotel is on a hill, so walking up and down is a bit tough.

Loved the crescent pool overlooking the beach and ocean. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed very comfy. Breakfast Buffett was really good, lots of choice and the best coffee we’ve ever had at a Thailand hotel. The walk up the hill and all the stairs/inclined ramps in the hotel were an excellent workout. The hill climb is worth it for the tranquility and quiet away from the main Kata strip. Nothing

The hotel is great, very modern with a great infinity pool. Rooms are a good size and kept clean. All the staff at the hotel are great and really friendly. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Stunning location from the pool area overlooking the beach This was our 3rd stay at the hotel and staffing seems to have been cutback. There was quite a bit of wait time for all requests

Property was beautiful, we had an amazing room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, which was lovely. The views from the rooftop pool are out of this world! The staff we very polite and helpful all the time. I would most definitely recommend the SIS Kata.

Swimming pools were exceptional, and the views absolutely breathtaking. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The grounds, facilities and rooms were beautiful, clean and modern. Better internet connectivity, I had to log in several times a day, otherwise it worked well. I could not connect to any streaming services or screen mirror with the television in my room, but then again - not in the room long enough that it was a big problem.

Great food, beautiful pool excellent service from staff Deposit for stay not being refunded for 3 weeks, which means I can't use that money on my continued holiday in Thailand which seems outrageous considering the technology we have these days
