I especially want to recognize Mickey, who made a real impact on my stay. Our conversations throughout my time at the resort were something I truly enjoyed and looked forward to. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and those small personal interactions ended up becoming some of my favorite memories from the trip. That kind of hospitality can’t be manufactured, and it’s a big reason I already look forward to returning to Andaman Cannacia again. It was clean, all facilities were well maintained and functional; spa, pool, restaurant and gym. It was a beautiful design and the views from the property were stunning! We were lucky to be ungraded to a room with a fabulous spa bath also!

The breakfast was great and very filling as it is buffet style. The pool was always clean and refreshing that offered great views to the beaches below. The shuttle that takes you to and from the beach was a bonus as well so we didn’t have to walk up or down the hill that the property sits on. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We visited during the off-season which made it very calm, relaxing, and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

It was truly a wonderful experience. Everyone was so attentive and kind. They even gave me a special fruit cake for my birthday. The rooms were clean, and everything was well-appointed. The staff was so friendly, too. The American-style food at the restaurant could be improved, but of course, we came to Thailand to eat Thai food, and that was awesome. So stick to Thai options if possible at the restaurant.

Location, shuttle bus, staff mimi at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the view. Poor breakfast, juice selection and quality of pastries not so great. not worth paying for the breakfast included. Roach in the room. Gap under the door, which allows lizards and other insect to enter the room. Pool and jacuzzi had stone pebbles on the floor, too much chlorine.

The view and activities. The bed was not very confortable because it’s 2 single beds regrouped in one double bed. The ground in front of the pool is very slippery when it's wet, and I even fell.

The premises are green and well cared for the pool is just amazing. The view from the bar area is picturesque. There are games, offered to guests every day like table tennis and badminton. We liked that a lot. This is our second time at the hotel and we will return! The staff is really friendly and attentive to the guests. Thank you for everything! In our room we could hear noise from our neighbours”AC or may be it was a compressor or smth. Still was annoying, but not critical. The bed was a little bit too hard for me, but my partner loved it. So, it is a subjective notice.

The resort is up in a hillside so the view is amazing from the pool area, you can see the entire beach and city below. And they have a free taxi truck that leaves for the beach and picks up from the beach every hour. It was amazing

Great pool, ocean view room was lovely, friendly staff Hotel is a bit in need of repairs but rooms are nice. More sun beds needed and stop the reserving beds in the morning by guests. We waited a long time for our room at check in

The facilities are wonderful, the pool terrace has an amazing view to the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was also very good. The shuttle to Kata Beach was very convenient. There was a smell coming from the drain in our bathroom at times.
