Swimming pool The rooms were not very clean Breakfast buffet didn’t have good options No proper tea and coffee setup. When I asked about the tea they said we use 1 tea bag for the entire kettle Shower door was broken and no one came to fix it until next day after several requests Some of the staff were rude and unfriendly

The place is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathrooms are large and exceptionally clean. The property is quiet and feels more like a condominium than a hotel. The staff are very friendly, respectful, and helpful. And finally, the price is extremely reasonable—more than worth it for the quality and comfort of the room you get. It offers outstanding value for money. The breakfast options are somewhat limited. You will need a scooter to reach the beach, or be prepared for about a 20-minute walk. The place is ideal for those looking to get away from the noise and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.

Inter leading doors between rooms & rooms soundproofing is very poor… One can easily hear rooms next door

Everything was excellent and the food was fresh and cooked on the spot. The fruit was great, and the rest of the buffet was also very good. The bed was huge, the windows were soundproof, and the room was cleaned very thoroughly. The staff at the reception were very kind and helped us a lot. The pool bar was closed. I would have happily had a few drinks if it had been open. I don't think the property has any negative aspects to complain about.

Spacious rooms, 24 hour reception. Safe in room worked. Quiet hotel. Location is on a hill, not much around. If you have walking difficulties i wouldn’t recommend .

Best value for the price point. It is a older hotel but well kept, long and nice pool to swim, shuttle service to the beach makes up for the location a lil bit far from the beach. Breakfast was just okay, russian style since most visitors were russians. It is an older hotel so the facilities are outdated but for the price point no complaints.

When we arrived, we thought, wow! A nice big reception area. Nice big bedroom with view of sea. Great gym Hotel lacked personalty. Starting to look tired.The corridors were bleak with no pictures or furniture. There is no lounge area to sit in. The swim up bar had very limited drinks,no vodka or gin! Although plenty of chairs around pool not enough sun umbrellas. The location was a bit of a walk along busy road with no pavement to bars,restaurants, and beach. Breakfast was OK,not very vegetarian friendly.

Decent WiFi strength Shabby, not clean, especially towels, crockery, kitchen equipment. This place is beyond refurbishment, needs knocking down and rebuilding. Laughable that this is rated 4 star..Not cheap...so hard to understand pricing based on low level service and facilities of this tired property. Seems to be very popular with Russian guests!

The staff is very kind, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and changes daily. The variety of dishes is also great. The pool area is also very nice. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here. -
