Great room, nice staff and good location

We found a lizard ? next to one of the beds and it's feces on the bed

The place is exactly in the street of Kata Beach. The room is great and comfortable. The place provided massage service if anyone interested. Even though it is exactly within the Kata Street Night Market, the road to the main street is quite slope. I can't climb the street lol. due to this, we decided to use car to go outside the area.

Simple and functional. No design, no modern furnitures or decoration. The place is old but not too bad. Property is up hill so get ready to go up. Staff did not help to lift the bags to the room. We came with 2 kids, stroller and our travel bags and did not get any help from the staff. Would be nice and kind.

All right! I didn't like that I have so little time to relax here. :)

Clean room, feels very private. Only negative was a big walk up a hill, easy for me but woulda been a problem for some old people.

The beach was just 7 mins walk away.

The rooms are clean and the location is great. It’s quiet but a short walk to the beach, food and shops. The climb up the hill is pretty steep, but great exercise.

Amazing place! It has exceeded our expectations, and I really can't recommend it enough. Location, view, facilities, staff. Very spacious, clean, and beautiful room. Good WiFi, a few sockets around the room and very quiet.

We liked the location as it was easy to get to the beach and you weren’t too close to Patong beach party area. We thought we had booked the modern looking rooms and felt cheated when we had realised that we booked a standard outdated room, with the shower joined with the toilet area.

The hotel is ideally located a short walk between Kata and Karon beach. It is tucked away from the main road and is really quiet. Yet within 2 mins you can be in the hustle and bustle of the main strip of restaurants, bars, shops and the street food market. Top quality accommodation at a great value price. Nothing

Very central location, the bungalow had everything that was on the tin, aircon, fan, tea/coffee making facilities, a big bed, a hot water shower, and a quiet area, even though it is near the beach. The vehicle entrance road is a very tight turn on entry, with a very high kerbstone, best entered from the main road with the resort entrance on the right-hand side

The place is very good for the money, and definetly exceeded our expectations. The environment felt very homely and it was very nice, and the room was very clean. The location is very convenient, as it's a 4 minute walk to both Karon and Kata beach. It's also close to the Kata night market. The owner is a very nice lady and is friendly. We will stay here again next time. -
