We stayed with my wife and our 9 month old son for 7 nights in this hotel and everything was absolutely perfect. I absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. I can't say anything negative, everything was amazing - our room, super rich breakfast and dinner, incredibly large wellness area, hotel location, simply a perfect family vacation. We will definitely be happy to come back, because we enjoyed our stay to the fullest ????

nice place for a getaway. Clean modern facilities, nice location for hikes. Overall friendly staff pretty crowded and noisy in the pool area. By days end the changing area was pretty dirty

It was very comfortable in the hotel during my entire stay. I couldn't tell whether the rooms around me were occupied by quiet guests or if the soundproofing was excellent, but nothing disturbed me during my two-night stay. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was included in the price. The hotel staff was hospitable and answered all the questions I had. Additionally, there are plenty of activities for kids. The natural surroundings of the hotel are amazing. I was unable to properly configure the temperature on the thermostat. Setting it to 21.5 degrees resulted in a temperature of about 27 degrees within 30 minutes, so there was definitely something wrong with it. However, the weather outside was comfortable, so it was sufficient to just keep the windows open.

Location is great, rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet is really nice, and dinner was amazing. Staff is very kind and friendly. Spa facilities nice and very clean. This is a great place if you are traveling with children - the bar in the evenings looked like a kindergarten party. If you are traveling for business or looking for a romantic escape, maybe another place would be more suitable.

View, spa It was cold and no one was able to fix the problem, water in the shower was too weak, breakfast is divided , so you need to select a time slot when you come for a breakfast - not something that you expect form 5* hotel

Really good place for families with kids. Nice breakfasts… Very poor service at the restaurant ( dinners ) Terrible online communication before arrival. Far away from 5 stars standards

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was overcrowded and full of children, so you didn't enjoy much peace. Upon arrival, we waited about 40 minutes in front of the reception before the reception cleared a large line of people. At one point several dozen people arrived. Unfortunately, for a 5-star hotel, I would look for a little more service. The surprise was that breakfast and dinner are divided into groups (tours) and you have to choose when to go breakfast I tour 7:30-9:00 II tour 9:30-11:00 dinner I tour 16:00-18:00 II tour 18:30-20:00 But it was manageable, just a surprise in a 5 star hotel.
