Very good breakfast, good location, large parking and friendly staff
-
Clean, great location, amazing wellness and very friendly staff

The staff was not super welcoming, at first they refused to reply in English because they thought we were in the wrong place. When I showed them the booking, they started talking in English!
-
Dogs tolerated and the location Not as inviting and energetic.

Right at base of hiking trails. Spa staff was very helpful!! VERY overpriced! Rooms were dated/old. Put in room right above park lot, smoke came right into window. No AC. Asked to change rooms and told “was full” yet when we insisted, room available. Manager “not available “ and email address not valid.

Very nice staff, location was good, free car park, spa center. Beds old and not to comfy, breakfast poor like for Polish standards especially in the region with very rich regional cuisine.

We liked the well-maintained facilities and access to the sauna. The room was basic but a good size and clean. Breakfast offered many choices, well-presented and tasty. We stayed three nights during a relatively quiet time, as there were not many people in the hotel or tourists in town. We also received a discount at a nearby restaurant, which offered very good food. The location was perfect for hiking. It was the starting point for the black trail to Sowia Przełęcz. To access other trails, you can take a local bus to Wang Church for 5zl. Staff were nice overall, but the overall experience could have been better if they smiled more.

I appreciate location of hotel, clean and brand new wellness zone The staff were passive. Waiter did not ask us about drinks BUT everyone (Poland people) else he did. It was so rude and obvious. The same thing happened at the wellness desk. Lady did not offer towels or did not provide some information.. And I expected basic English skills of receptionist at least. Room was really simple, some new paint recommnded. Beds were really used and not comfortable.

The design is dated, but functional with comfy beds and pillows. What's worth noting is silence during night time. Breakfast was good. The spa is small but sufficient, massages are performed exceptionally well. Location is near perfect. Nothing worth mentioning at this price

Some of the front desk staff was not comfortable with guests that didn't speak Polish. They seemed to shrink away and tried to avoid you. It looked like most of the single occupancy rooms where under the roof and therefore had slanted walls. As a tall person you have to bend over a lot in order to not hit your head. Room 211 is next to a chimney were a lot of smoke is coming from the kitchen. Therefore it often smells funny when you open the window . No drink service during dinner. You had to go to the bar to get a drink. It would also be nice if they had a garden area with some lawn chairs so you could enjoy the sunshine and read a book.

Very good

The room was spacious and clean. Jacuzzi and sauna are available for all the guests, but you need to book a jacuzzi in advance. The restaurant offers some excellent regional dishes and great beer.
-
Good location, short walk from the city center. Nice clean room, excellent breakfast and free parking. Next door restaurant with hotel guest discount was a plus. None

Nothing I ate 6 breakfasts at this place of which half of them I had to have at the dirty table ( with the stuff or leftover from the previous eaters). You would not hear "Good morning" or anything pleasant from the staff working there over the whole stay.

The room decor, beds, TV could use an upgrade. It wasn't uncomfortable, but overall it gives a 1980s vibe
