Very beautiful, modern and new hotel. Interior design was my style and I absolutely loved it. Very spacious room with nice view and surroundings. Everything was clean and breakfast were delicious. Very modern and nice looking spa area. We only use spa area in the evening (only-adults-time worked perfectly). We definitely enjoy the stay with our pet and friends :) Due the size of hotel I would expect a larger spa area - I am talking about whirlpool. Really small sized whirlpools for only 4 people. It was very difficult to catch a space. Steam sauna not always worked. Very expensive drinks (26€ for two drinks - mojito and aperol, and after all drink looked pretty basic, definitely not worth the money). Dinners could have included more warm dishes (in the very last dinner I try to eat fish - it contains so many bones that would impossible to eat it) Very disappointed for 5 stars hotel.

Great service at the front desk. Great fitness room. Cool pool, although a little overcrowded. The hotel should train the staff in the bar on how to serve wine. They have a nice choice of wines (a little overpriced), but they are served very poorly. Such wines deserve better professional serving to complete the entire experience that the client is paying for. The pool service should pay more attention to people who use saunas and check if they are using it according to the rules.

After spending a night here, I decided to extend my stay. - Outstanding breakfast - Parking galore - Very professional staff - Excellent room layout and design - My bedroom had 4 different pillow types with explanation of differences. I really liked 2 of them. Excellent sleep - Location is close to the fun street, but not smack dab in the middle of the touristy chaos. - Great little gym. Very clean. Full dumbbells set. You can get a great high-rep volume focus workout there. Popular and somewhat crowded in full season, but they manage it excellently. I'll be a regular here. Just nitpicking, but - Bathroom a bit too small - Shower had too little pressure for my taste - Gym could use some extra resistance bands and a couple kettlebells

Great service. Food at the restaurant is delicious, and there is a separate children's menu as well. We had a pleasant mountain view. The room is big with a nice and clean interior. There are several pools, saunas. The environment is quiet, so I'd say good enough for couples and families. Compared to other hotels in this region with around the same price from a restaurant perspective, I'd say the variety of dishes is not that big I'd like it to be. I wish there were more options to choose from.

Great, modern hotel. Located right next to one of the hiking trails, which is super convenient if you’re planning to go hiking. There's also a bus stop nearby that takes you to the cable car - useful if you don’t have a car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable and relaxing SPA zone. The restaurant & bar are also of good quality. I really enjoyed the breakfast - fresh ingredients, good variety, their own baked bread, and even some options you don’t normally expect at a "classic hotel breakfast." While breakfast was excellent, the food quality on dinner is not so good for its price - 145zł per person for a buffet-style food feels overpriced in my opinion

- Breakfast was amazing, and restaurant is very decent - Perfect bed - very comfortable mattress and pillows - Design of spa, restaurant and rooms creates an atmosphere of chill and relaxation - Adult-only time in spa after 8pm - Could have been smaller (too many rooms) - Could be challenging to find a parking space on weekends

Comfortable room Staff very friendly Breakfast Problem to find parking places Accessibility for disabled Noise in dining room

Great Sauna Too pricey Small outdoor pool

Pretty design, clean, luxurious but at the same time low key, easy and hassle free. Chocolate hour was a great bonus. Loved the pool. Room spacious and comfy bed and big sofa bed for kids There shouldn’t be the same kind of food in the evening and in the morning. Cucumbers were dry, otherwise good was really good.
