Nobody cleaned our room in 4 days

Staff was not speaking English, one of the employee on a sweeping pool had asked questions when I said that I didn’t understand she said It is not my problem that you cannot understand. I guess when you are working in a hotel you automatically should speak English or at least try to understand that people who are guest will be not only polish people

Great location nearby many hiking trails and also close to Karpacz city center. Super food for breakfast and diner, many local traditional food to taste, aquapark inside with saunas will help to relax at evening.

Wellness and swimming pool. The restaurant wasn't well organised - only two coffee machines for the whole restaurant, so there were queues. It was very crowded close to the tea machines because it was the only way to access the food. And it was cold - there was en extreme draught.

The food selection is good. However, the quality is decreasing potentially.. is visible the inflation hits with lack of food supply I been in this spa before and the decreasing in benefits is huge, before the pools were with kids restrictions till 20:00 . The pool time was reduce as well from 22:00 to 21:00. Without counting the fact that the “wellness” is been reduced to one sauna when before were all included NOW is an extra cost

Hotel is not one from the newest, but it was still nice and with a good equipment. Personal was helpful and likeable. Our kids really enjoyed the aquapark. Hotel has a terrible sound insulation. Every step or voice was heard from the hallway thru the closed door.

Breakfast, aquapark (super for children of any age), location, evening pub/bar in the basement. Dinner (no possibility to order drinks, only water was available, there should be a small bar). We got two rooms on the different floors even if we asked for the rooms close to each other.

Aquapark is great for both children and adults, many water slides and jacuzzi. Good location. Outside playground for children. Personnel was often confused. Only water was available to dinner - I would expect bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (even if paid).

The best choice for families with small children. Lot of fun there for them.

The water park was excellent There is no kettle in the room

Great location, nice looking hotel with huge Aquapark, beautiful garden, massive food buffet for breakfast and diner. We had the choice to book snow-safe in Austria for the same money or book risky conditions in Poland but have all the advertised facilities to be independent from weather, like bowling alley, cosy bar with billiards and darts, squash court. We decided for Sandra Spa, considering the vast amount of acitivities not depending on weather. Big mistake... There had been a fire in the basement a few weeks before we arrived and no one had told us about it, it was not visible when we booked (which was after the incident) and yet during our stay the hotel was advertising that the facilities (bowling alley, cosy bar with billiards and darts, squash court...) had burned down or were unusable because of the fire. When asked for compensation, the hotel refused. Booking.com tried to intervene, but the hotel management simply gave us a ..... I consider this to be fraud by legal definition. Booking.com were generous enough to refund 10% of their margin. Thank you for that. This came shortly after I asked for a solution to worn out beds that were so soft you could sink down to the structure of the bed. The first response was that no one else had complained and we should consider it normal... nice response. After insisting on action, we got a new mattress and: Surprise, it was great and my girlfriend could finally sleep without back pain.

The place it is lovely, very big, food delicious ?. Staff is very nice and helpful. We had some issues because nobody let us know about the swimming pool for kids ( was closed), but they found a solution to make us happy ? Ther is non welcome information in the rooms about what is where. Like you need to look for a swimming pool or pub. It will be much easier if you have information in the rooms

Playgrounds for kids Front desk staff refused too provide an extra bedding linen for our 2 year old eventhough our room had a double bed plus a single fildable bed. They stated that we need to pay extra for the kid otherwise the kid should sleep with us. On top of that the person was rude and lacked customer service skills.

pretty room comfy bed many funny things to do (bowling, aquapark, arcade games, tennis,…) expensive for the old hotel old bathroom quite dirty aquapark
