Good location, free parking, nice balcony in the room. Grumpy receptionist, smelly wellness with tons of water everywhere on the floor, also it is extremely small.

- location is great, however Karpacz is not that big to be worrying about location - free spa + amazing salt cave room - tasty and healthy breakfast - personal was helpful and cheerful - nice bads - discount is the thing that made me choose this hotel. So consider that I describe it as worth the price for 350 zl per 2 nights - The bathroom faucet kept randomly switching between the shower and the regular tap. - the bathroom is outdated

Great spa. Room nice, hotel style, nothing more and nothing less. Everything you need. Good breakfast with a lot of options. And nice sweet gift in the room. Good location. Spa - could be open more time, close too soon. Room - too dark maybe, but nice, bathroom ok but toilet needs a fix is not stable. Bed clothes are not good quality, "hard" like plastic, not comfortable. The need to pay for billard was strange, not even about price, just should be free.

Great value for the price (pre-season). The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was included in price. Access to spa till 9 p. Small parking lot and the water in the jacuzzi was not hot.

I liked everything. Exactly what I wanted for my family on this vacation: coziness, peace, comfort and delicious, varied breakfasts. From the balcony you could see the mountains and hear the mountain stream ? The spa area added a highlight and was the advantage of this hotel. The staff is very friendly. I will recommend this boarding house to friends for family and couple holidays. —— did not find ——
