Interiors are awesome! So clean and looking good, with nice design. Amazing beds - really comfortable, we were sleeping super great!!! Free water is a good plus! Amazing restaurant!!! A lot of options to eat something and everything was so delicious! Big enough parking near the hotel. Good swimming pool for kids - warm water (like 30+ degrees Celsius) and toys to play with, deep enough for adults to stay with kids comfortably. • At check-in, I wasn’t informed that I could take a robe or that pool towels were available in the room. I still don’t know where to get them, but I saw that most guests had hotel-branded robes at the pool. Also, our room was booked for two adults and a child, but there were only two towels provided. • There were no heating radiators or drying racks in the room, so it was impossible to dry swimwear after visiting the pool. This made it inconvenient to go for another swim the next morning. • The room had only two power sockets, both located near the TV, with one already in use. There were none near the bed, which was inconvenient for charging devices. • The sauna in the spa area was quite small (around 3×3 meters) and, as far as I noticed, there was only one. It wasn’t an issue for me, but for those who enjoy spa facilities, it might feel limited. • The water in the main swimming pool felt quite cold, and I heard similar comments from other guests. Raising the temperature by 1–2°C would make it more comfortable. • The pool area appeared larger in photos. While not tiny, it felt more crowded than expected, even though the hotel itself didn’t seem fully booked at the time.

Water in the swimming pool must be warmer. The same is true for jacuzzi and showers in changing rooms. The sofa in the room is old and isn't comfortable.

We liked everything. The hotel is well-oriented for families with children. It has a fabulous children's room and a swimming pool (the children's area is super warm). In the pool, there are different rings, armbands, balls, etc. Also, at the entrance to the hotel, there are sleds that hotel residents can take for free. There is a sled hill right in front of the hotel (free). There is a store nearby. - the restaurant misses a children's menu (There was a children's menu at breakfast) - 10 zlotys for robes in a hotel with a spa. I think that's very strange.

Nice big rooms, excellent breakfast and kids friendly. Check in took one hour because of the big queue. Staff do not speak good English.

Breakfast top quality. Nice location, pretty small hotel which is not occupied with thousands of guests ;) hotel is part by part renovated and I really like new design ! In my opinion still the price I paid for 1 night for couple was 25% too high. No airconditioning. Missing outside pool although rich space in huge garden, next to indoor spa and pool. Too small indoor pool for swimming, perfect for relaxing.
