It is a bit far from food. We stayed pre season and wanted to get food at the resto but it was closed. We had to walk 35 min to nearest open resto

Good location near to the tourist walking route. Nice view if you’re lucky and get mountain view room ;) A bit expensive for that room and facility. Not very cozy room. Lack of fridge. Noise party downstairs with continue on the floors at night while we stay with a child.

It was a very nice and comfortable stay in Karpacz, and we really enjoyed the residence. The room was spacious, had everything one may need during their stay. The bathroom was great, everything working as expected. Breakfast is great and included hot and cold dishes, as well as desserts and fruits. The room was a bit dusty, especially in the wardrobe.

It was a nice stay for us , the staff really nice and helpfull (although nobody speaks english), the room was clean and cozy, towels changed every time we needed , the breakfast war really goood (despite beeing the only ones in there the first 2 days they acomodated us and made breakfast just for us wich was great and we were thankfull)and the dinner also . The spa area was really nice too and we had a good time . Not to mention the view ... it was spectacular! A few minor things i didn't like but we can say that overall we had a good vacation. I need to mention that we are ourselfs working in the tourism/gastronomy sector so maybe we are a little bit critical. 1.First few days the bread at the breakfast war reaally hard(by the 3rd day they changed it ) 2. Fist 2 nights the water in the shower was not hot enough( at least in my opinion) 3.You cannot rezerve the time in the spa (jacuzzi and sauna)and it was always someone in there ,in the last days of our stay we could'nt use it. 4.We would have loved at dinner to have a more engaged service ( it was a not bad , friendly and all but not restaurant quality )

The breakfast were just fabolous. The restaurant I can just recommend. Very delucious. I can recommend this hotel to everyone. We were very satisfied. Thanks to the staff for all . The water in the jacuzzi did not look well.

The room was comfortable and we especially appreciated the breakfast buffet with homemade bread and plenty of nice cheeses. The balcony was great to ensure fresh air during the summer night. Friendly staff (no one English speaking, though). The ‘spa’ was rather underwhelming—a medium sized jacuzzi in a room without changing facilities or lockers. We were happy that no other guests wanted to join us as it would have been awkward to change clothes in the toilet. The sauna was not on in the summer which we didn’t mind.

Very good breakfast. 100m away from Wang church and green trail to sloneczniki and sniezka. I have been there long time ago when they just oppened and i notice the time passed. Noises are channeled very strongly via ventilation pipes. We have heard late night laughs and some morning love noises from other rooms ;)
