I came to see Vang stave church, and this hotel is situated right across the road, so it was perfect for me. Rustic feel, reasonable price, comfortable room with balcony, plenty of parking, and very good breakfast. Great view from the room as well. I enjoyed my stay. Nothing, really.

Great location at the entrance to the park. Free parking. Traditional location with history. Good breakfast. Older accommodation, not as comfy as expected, especially the mattresses were over-used and caused back pain. Parking is in the open air which can be a problem in winter.

The location is the best feature. It's the best location in the whole city. The staff was super friendly. I specifically enjoyed the meals at the restaurant as they were delicious and the staff was the friendliest. The room was cosy and clean. The breakfast didn't have too many options but it was more than enough and excellent quality, no processed food. The toilet in the room was very smelly (like sewers) we had to keep the door closed at all times and I had a gag reflex everytime I had to use the bathroom. It was not the case a few years back so I think it's probably an issue with this specific room.

The property is in perfect location, very central. Rooms were of a good size well equipped and the spa is a nice touch so you can relax after a busy day. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like is breakfast times. If you're like me (working online from 8.00), good luck getting breakfast before 8.00:)

The pillows were old and lumpy, not very comfortable. The mattresses had visible stains on them. There was no electric kettle in the room.

Location, nice and helpful staff in the restaurant in the evening and during breakfast Breakfast was few mins late to start, I found hair on the cucumber, there was no bread( apparently it has not arrived) available for breakfast. In the hallway next to our room there was a broken closet with linen which made it look like it was a mess. The rooms could use some renovation. It was very pricey for such a hotel

Friendly staff. Near the forest. The whirlpool is half broken. The water temperature is maximum. You sit in boiling water. Some levers on the whirlpool are broken.

Good breakfast, amazing views, comf bed, close to hiking roads, free parking, free spa, tv has hdmi)) No teapot in the room (but they gave it at the reception after asking), Jacuzzi and toilets in spa didn't work)

Location and breakfast (good variety, all nice and fresh) Spa area, sauna didn’t feel clean, whole area was smelly. The hotel looks like it’s been finished very quickly, on a low budget and without any attention to detail. there were holes in the walls, random cables hanging, and sleeping drunk man in the reception area in the morning.
