Location Very dated and in need of refreshing. Had to pay a load for parking

Everything was really lovely. From the moment you walking in and see big aquarium. Kids play room and Tropicana was just perfect. We have found odd haribo and some peanuts behind the additional baby bed in the room, which could be a big issue if someone had a nut allergy.

The location There is sofa bed for children in the standard room, I didn’t expect this.

The food was very good, the aqua part we liked very much, even though a bit dirty. Lovely surroundings. Please, train your personnel to be more friendly. I have never seen anyone more annoyed than the receptionists and other staff. The couch where my small son slept was half broken, absolutely no usable for sleeping.

Long waiting time at the check-in

Lots of things to do for kids Too crowded, food / buffet was really bad

Lots for Children to do and wonderful views. It is starting to show its age and a few places could do with a refresh. Very last night we did have some very poorly behaved guest move next door and that did disrupt us a little. Made a complaint and would suggest blacklisting such guest from family hotels.

Super children friendly place, somehow it’s organized the way parents also get their rest while kids are having a good time. I loved the water area, jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pools (huge ones) were really amazing. I loved that you can borrow what you need for your kids(all ages) Paying for a dog 35 euro per day (small dog) and not even getting anything? In other hotels we used to get some small beverage, bowl for water and food, dog bed and cover. Here you pay a bit too much for not having even water available all around the hotel. Staff on the reception need proper training how to behave and be friendly. It’s the face of the hotel, and ladies are just having an annoyed face all the time. It’s quite disturbing.

Great walk in closet , clean rooms . Food Buffet was mediocre. Beside the buffet and pool access everything costs extra money , even robes for the pool area that were ill -fitted . Only 1 towel per pool area and as well in the room- one large body and one hand towel . Bring your own bath soap and shampoo and conditioner ( hotel’s not good quality). Hallway construction work was very inconvenient since we couldn’t by pass it by taking elevator . Hotel needs some work , looks a bit dilapidated .

The hotel was amazing. My room was spacious and very clean and my bed was so comfy. There were plenty facilities for my little one such as the indoor and outdoor playgrounds, the pool. My check-in experience was poor. I found out that my actual booking was for 2 rooms and 2 adults + child, instead of 2 rooms and 4 adults + child. It was hard to find the relevant confirmation considering the number of emails received from Booking.com. One specifically showed 2 rooms and 4 guests which I thought was correct as the child was free, the app was not clear and it showed my name*adult, child for one room and for the other room there was my father's name*adult. This was interpreted by the hotel as 3 people. In the end I did not need to pay anything extra and the staff rearranged it but we wasted extra 20 minutes and the receptionist made me feel that I booked it incorrectly which the issue seemed to be more technical. Also, the hotel was huge and the rooms were far from the lifts, which was challenging for my older parents who were above 70's. It would have been better if the hotel considered their guests age before they allocated the room to them.

food was ok. We expected a variety of different products, while fruits and pies were the same all the time. We bought the most expensive type of stay (3 meals) and it turned out we had only coffee and tea during the meal time. All drinks were extra paid (we thought drinks would be included paying 280 euro per 1 night - 1300 PLN/1 night). no oxygen in the room, the air was stuffy. The service guy checked the room and said it was OK, there is nothing to be fixed. There was no air conditioning, it was 27 degrees in the room and it was impossible to cool it down. we had to open the balcony three times a night to let in oxygen, otherwise we could not fall asleep. When my husband wanted to buy something to drink at 3 a.m., we were told that everything was closed and we had to wait until breakfast. In a hotel that prides itself on its standard and reputation, this is a scandal - you have to sit dehydrated and wait until the morning. 2 out of 4 elevators don't work - someone will say that I'm nitpicking details, but waiting 10 times a day for an elevator that never comes is irritating. We travel abroad a lot and we have a wide comparison with my husband, in hotels abroad there is culture and a dress code for dinner, here people wear T-shirts as if they were on the beach. An ordinary canteen where the waiters do not care about the guests and do not offer anything to drink. I had high hopes for Tropicana, thinking it would be a spa zone, lots of peace and relaxation only for hotel guests. it turned out that every random guy on the street came in and it was just an ordinary, crowded swimming pool, no different from the city one. For so much money we expected great wooow and luxury, even water was extra paid, no attractions, boredom, now my husband and I realized that this hotel is a misunderstanding, for this price we would have had a great all-inclusive stay for a week abroad. A NO for demanding customers

Aquapark and spa were fantastic, good location for walks Biggest hotel I’ve ever seen, huge hallways etc Aged decor (a little bit like the hotel from ‚the shining’), food as part of half-board reminded me of a canteen (high volume, low quality, too much salt and oil) could be improved
