Breakfasts were delicious, having many tasty options. Staff helped me get inside, even after check in time. You can see Śnieżka right when leaving the hotel, and it took about 30 minutes to get to the main lift.

- Very clean and warm , good-size room with a new bathroom and nice, hot water:) There are glasses and dessert plates with spoons in the room, a kettle on the corridor, extra blankets in the room and towels provided. - Breakfast was fantastic!!! Lots of choice, freshly prepared every morning/ 3 choices of cooked food ( eggs, meat, veggies) + cold buffet of endless amazing food ( cheese, meats, salads, veggies - it changes every day) including home baked cakes ! yum! - Everyone working in Ustronie was super nice and helpful. We loved them there!

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice with some hot options as well as cold. Room had a musty smell but was clean. Could do with updating, but for the price compared to others in the area this is to be expected. Musty smell in room.

the location is nice we found dirty underwear in our bed, we stayed almost a week and the trash bin was never emptied, they never changed the towels or anything. No toiletries. The smell of mold is very intensive.
