Close for a trip to Snežka. Its cheap compared to others, so great just for sleep over, not for stay in the room. In the room there was smell of toilet, not very comfortable. It was hard to communicate - only polish language, even we are Slovak, its not easy for us to understand - better to send info to message than. The bed was very soft, it's not good for sleep. We had a dog with us. Over the booking, we were informed we will pay 50PLN (approx 12€) but on the place, we were told its 50PLN per night (approx 24€). The owner calculate somehow 18€ and he had no return from ours 20€.

Lovely villa, nice rooms and good facilities, own parking lot. Easy access to interesting places in and around Karpacz. Good contact with the owners.

Considering how little we spent this was a deal. Nice place, room nice and warm and clean. Also the bathroom, not luxurius but did not have shortcomings. You have to organise your breakfast but there is a handy shared kitchen. Wifi is strong. Parking space also provided. Maybe the size of the room was not great but considering the amount of time spent there, and the overall price, it was not an issue. Also, I had the impression that for English speakers only it would have been difficult to communicate, I was with a Polish speaker, but I am sure a basic communication would have been possible.
