Breakfast was great!.. plenty and tasty.. clean warm and welcoming The sheets could’ve been bigger on the beds.. slept on the mattress some times.. very unhygienic..

The good localisation, the hot water and the warm in the room. The poor level of cleanliness : strange old stamps of I don’t know what on the curtain, bathroom equipment etc. The shower cabin doors broken. The bed mattresses were deformed and old and we couldn’t sleep. We insisted to change at least on of it, that had some burn hole after a cigarette! The acoustic from the inner corridor as well as from the street was disastrous. The breakfast was ok, but nothing to do with the quality that we were expecting after paying a really big price per day. The design of the room won’t even comment, especially the window curtain, the carpet and the bathroom.

Great breakfast, huge and comfy parking, nice room with beatiful view over Karpatka. Spooky and classy watch tower visible form the distance makes navigating back home easy. The hotel have long history going back to XIX century. The staff is very helpful the owners take care of guests in person. Strongly recommend for serious tourists. Great location. The piano in the hall was not tuned well.

location moldy, food so bad

Great location . Close to mountain trails and to local attraction, I have chosen this hotel becauce of location .The price per night does not correspond to the service .Unfortunately room was very old and smelly. There was no iron or hair dryer. There was a kettle but no tea. Glasses were dirty .Tv had a limited number of channels.The bedding was smelly and wrinkled.Bathroom shower cabin was disgusting. I asked front desk person to change the room but I was informed that someone would fix it . Unfortunately I did not notice any impovement .I believe that all employees should receive additional training on how to keep the hotel up to standard.

Service, breakfast It wasn’t that clean, comparing it to the price. There was no soap or shower gel and no hair dryer in the apartment.

location in town, mattress ok drab decor, non draining shower, 4 beds 2 nithstands, burnt out lights, wobbly and dirty electrical receptacles and not one for tee pot, no soap except for some foaming dispenser 6ft up the wall, furniture in disrepair, hairs in the bed sheets, 550 zlotych per night?

Staff speaks only Polish.

Exactly what you would expect for the price. Everything is outdated and sometimes a bit broken but there is hot water in the shower, a rather comfy bed and a kettle in the room. I would recommend getting the breakfast, its old style but there is quite a variety of tasty things and hot cocoa!

Hotel recommended... clean, large and spacious rooms. Close to train and bus stations. Rich breakfast. Mieszko! It's worth it

Location was very central with spacefull and good parking! ? The rooms were dirty, found bread, paper and used handkerchiefs under and along the bed. Toilet in the bathroom was not working well, and ventilation channel was obvious not cleaned for the Las years. Matrass was in very bad state, my back still hurts. Personal could be a little more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very poor quality food, and there was a fish desk were the fish already started to rotten. Desks and cups were dirty ass well. . The experience was so bad, we will not return here anymore and strongly advise nobody to go here, unless they want the experience of a very bad stay.
