Staff is polite and helpful. Sauna was included which is a huge plus. Furniture is vintage style which gives special vibes. Breakfast could be better. The facility needs a little bit of make up. Also the spa facilities could also have to make up- jacuzzi to a jacuzzi not warm bath.

Perła Karkonoszy is located in the centre, close to restaurants and shops, it offers big parking so we felt safe leaving our car. It is a nice addition to stay that we could use SPA facilities and enjoy billiard in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Mouldy walls,stains on the walls .Damp in the room and stinky of cigarettes also there is no heating in the bathroom makes room dampness .Heating not working properly.All issues reported with no action even asked to change the room .Staff said there is no room available for exchange so I was checked on booking.com two rooms available .So decided to leave as my wife got asthma issues and states of the room was unacceptable .Booked for 4 nights managed to stay for 10 hours .I was informed there will be be no refund as Ivwas booked through the Booking.com not directly from them .AVOID ! Not recommended place to stay unfortunately .

Very central location. Excellent breakfast. The hotel would need some renovation. E.g. there was no water on the top floor during busy times of the day such as the mornings, probably due to insufficient water pressure.

It is no lift in the building and nobody to help with laguages.

The bed was comfortable and I liked having the balcony for my dogs. It had a lovely view. I love the sauna, and the whirlpool. And the staff was very friendly. The coffee was good. I didn’t like that the room was carpeted and that the floor got so dirty because of the carpet. I didn’t like that the curtain fell off. I didn’t like the breakfast it was too fatty and it would’ve been nice if they had things like yogurt and cereal’s and lean options.
