This was our second stay at the hotel. We chose it because it is close to everything in Karpacz. The service was as friendly as ever, and the breakfasts were varied. This time, our room faced west, and it was very hot in the afternoon (the hotel has no air conditioning). Regardless, we recommend the hotel.

The room, the staff, the restaurant, the parking, the area where the hotel is situated. Apart from the Booking.com Genius Upgrade the hotel gave us for sure the best room they have. Silent, beautiful view outside, a small river close by and a spacious parking. The room was big and very clean. Bathroom, big and very clean. Including heating. A nice and big balcony. At night 100% silent (good isolation). The staff, at arrival and at checking out speak good English and German and are very friendly. Same as the staff in the fantastic restaurant. The breakfast is pure quality. A wide choice of food with many delicious items that really (positive) surprised us. The hotel at itself is beautiful and just a few minutes driving from the centre of the very nice village. It is clear to us that the owner and his son perfect know what it means to be one of the best. For sure we will visit you again. Nothing. Super is super.

Great location. Waking up with the view of Śnieżka is great..Very clean. Extremely nice staff. Especially people in restaurant and SPA. Room was comfortable and quite new but the bathroom requires renovation . Breakfast was ok but I expected more variety for the price. The place requires renovation

Location-quiet and green Beds need changing, we had very soft mattresses and could feel the dip in the middle, pillows were very flat too. Breakfast-no alternatives for anyone not eating meat or cheese. Would be great to offer soya or oat milk as well as more fruit.
