Good location, not far from a railway station, spacious tidy room with enormously big bed, spa zone with jacuzzi and different saunas, big territory with lawn, and beautiful fountain. It also offers an access to the river which was quite a surprise for me! They also have a decent variation of breakfast options which change every day. Highly recommended! Maybe a bit of a noise from the automobile road nearby, but other than that - all was on a high level of service?

5 days of rest and relaxation was exactly what we needed. Spa, pool, salt room and hot tubs were all relaxing. Nice balcony with view of a running creek. Friendly staff.

Such a womderful place to stay. Pet friendly. Great relaxing location, clean, helpful staff and spa area is top notch. We will definitely return. Apartament Krolewski was absoutelg amazing with the tarracw views! Everything was great

Perfect place to stay when visiting Karpacz area; easy to drive in, close to facilitaties. Breakfast was very rich. Great selection of saunas. But what we liked the most - 19th century design that gives the feeling of castle, spacious and very well gardened area around and especially the chill area downstairs by the mountain river.

View In room no sound isolation, very old and dirty furniture, the shower with mould and water doesn’t drain, the swimming pool was in bad condition with dirty pool sides.

No elevator in there. Extreme long waiting time at the dinner despite a small number of guests in the restaurant.

Poor internet connection (smart TV has not good connection to public 'Palac Margot' wi fi network), there wasn't hot water in the shower (only slightly warm), no clima in the room, the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. and at 9 p.m. the kitchen stop to accept the orders (it wasn't mentioned anywhere, so if you plan to have a meal, try to come until 9 p.m.)

Absolutely everything was good - atmosphere of a palace with history, the territory near hotel, a la carte restaurant has reasonable prices and tasty dishes, bar with drinks, friendly staff, spa zone, rooms are clean, breakfast with variety of food and prosecco, comfortable bed

The hotel itself is very nice, the swimming pools and sauna are good. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff was nice. Unfortunately we were given a room next to the reception, hence noisy until late and from the early morning. The bed wasn’t that comfortable, the topper covered the mattress only partially. When we came back in the evening there was a bit of smell of sewer coming from the toilet, so we had to close the door of the bathroom.

The bathrooms are a bit outdated and worn out.
