Great location, cozzy atmosphere, clean, run by a great, helpful friendly couple. The breakfast was superb. A private sauna after a hike was perfect. If you don't mind a softer mattress (as was in our room, we prefer hard ones), this is a clear choice to go.

This is a beautiful, picturesque villa in upper Karpacz. We had a large room with a balcony, a delicious breakfast buffet, and a gym, sauna and salt cave—all of which are available to guests free of charge! You'll need to drive to the center of Karpacz, but this is not an issue, just something to bear in mind.

Cousy place with any type of the leisure you may like. If you want to be loud with your friends there is great option to go to Hunting House near the main building and do not disturb anyone. so, you can also be sure that none will disturb you if you need a good rest after long mountain tour. Great breakfast to start your day with. Great hosts - even during heavy season and our group not always following the rules - hosts kept calm and professional.

The hotel is great. Very clean. Beautifully furnished. Rich, varied and very delicious breakfast (much of it is homemade). Super friendly hosts. The salt cave is a nice highlight. The location is top and close to the center. Thank you for all. We will be happy to come back. -

Everything was perfect. The owner was so helpful and regardful, frequently asking if everything is ok. Breakfast were delicious and rich. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sauna and jacuzzi. They love dogs, so you can take your pet.
