Great place

Clean and quiet and spacious, easy walk to Katerados Village for restaurants and bakeries etc Must be willing to walk to Fira if not renting a car

It’s very clean and new! It’s a 5-10 minute drive to Fira and 5 minutes to Karterados town. It was convenient coz we had a car. But if you don’t have it, the bus stop is a 10-min walk. Claudio was very responsive and took care of our needs. The lady who brought breakfast and cleaned the villa everyday is so kind. The breakfast is almost the same everyday but it was always more than enough for us. The hot tub is perfect too, especially that the wind has become a bit cooler at night. We only cooked once during our 4 night stay as we did not really plan to cook at all—but if it is your plan you would need to ask for more kitchen utensils, which I’m sure they would provide.

Location is perfect. Very close by to Fira. However a car is needed. Loved our apartment. Very spacious. Was cleaned everyday and provided with fresh towels each day.

Great and quiet location provided that you have a car (ca. 1.3km from Fira center, there is a big free parking ca. 300m from the center). The modern maisonette apartment for 4 is spacious and has two bathrooms. The double bed is big and very comfy. Parking in front of the apartment. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Another big plus was that we were allowed to check out only at 2pm, given that we had a late evening flight! The chairs and deck chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable. The pillows for the bed were too hard, and unfortunately it was not possible to get softer ones. The ground floor does not get enough light from the windows, so we always had the entrance door open to get more daylight. But all these critiques are relatively minor - overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything was good but rooms are small and only 1 bathroom in 2 bedrooms flat. Although we know about the bathroom. Ac stopped working midnight and cannot be turned on again after many times may be there is some system to understand.

Very clean and well maintained. A bit disconnected from everything though and a tad overpriced. Really far away from everything especially if you need Sth late at night you need to think in advance.

Great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and modern. Loved the spa and the staff were very fast to reply with any questions we had about Santorini or the villa.

Great sized clean room with nice lounging area both indoors and outdoors If you aren’t using a vehicle, the location isn’t very practical, requiring a hilly 20 minute walk to town. Although we understand the entire area was impacted, we suffered multiple power and water outages during our three night stay.
