The property is very nice and well maintained. Great atmosphere. The service is excellent. The staff is super kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this place to stay in Santorini. Denisa is the best host!

Very friendly and helpful host. Beautiful room, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. High quality bedding. Own private jacuzzi with views across to Fira. Swimming pool and communal area looked great although we didn't use it. Breakfast is excellent and very good value. A little difficult to find the location (Google maps not quite right). Not much within a short walking distance - Karterados itself has a couple of shops and tavernas while Fira is 15-20 minutes walk on narrow streets and under a hot sun -- you will need a car or taxis to get to the main attractions beyond (beaches, towns, architectural sites, etc.)

Really nice base to explore Santorini, with only a 15 minute walk to Fira. The place was spotless and the staff were excellent. Could not fault anything.

The place is very close to the center of the island (Fira)- 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by foot. It’s a boutique hotel so it’s very private. Everything is very clean and the staff is so nice. I wanted to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and the staff has organized everything so perfect. The attention to details, making sure we are having an amazing time. Definitely recommend this hotel for your trip to Santorini :) Everything was perfect

Big, clean and great location The Spa was being used from midnight to 4 am by prople under me most nights. There should be s cut off time of 11pm to use them.

Absolutely gorgeous property and a short walk from the main town. There are lots of shops and restaurants within the small town where the suite is located if you don’t want to walk far. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes away. Stella and her colleague were exceptionally helpful I liked everything, if you are after a hands on reception desk or bar then this is not for you

The resort was the sweetest one we have stayed in. Very tiny resort but with all amenities. Stella was excellent with check in, helping with places to go to, booking a cab etc. the room itself was very charming with a little kitchen for cooking. We loved our stay. Nothing

Excellent location for a breathtaking view of the ocean and its sunset. Hot tub and lounge chairs make it a home away from home. Highly recommended ?

Clean ,good views ,comfortable easy access to the island Only unfortunate thing was our hot tub stopped working on the last night. They did try and fix it but unfortunately didn’t work.
