Very modern style, new appliances and well located, walking distance from train station and restaurants and cafes. Free snacks and drinks in afternoon and night was a plus!

i come in the weekday and a non-peak season, not much customer, very quiet nearby. their breakfast is so good, for this price with room and breakfast, i cannot make any complaint on this. They have free bicycle to ride too but i didnt try as i dont know how to ride bicycle, however, it's also easy to walk around. The staff "Tai" is so nice to us too, thank you. the surround area is so quiet and majority of the store are not open, maybe this is not a snowing season....

Nice design and modern building, good amenities and lounge. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great location. Staff didn't tell us there was a choice of restaurant

We enjoy the free bike ride alot we love it so much, room is comfy and clean The location abit far but since we get to use the bike its so much fun

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they did a good job about explaining everything and helping with an easy check-in. There was a nice welcome drink and snack time in the evening. There was also a great free item loaning service, the Yogibo pillow was really comfortable! The breakfast was just okay, a bit too salty… It’s a little far from the station as well as Kyu Kariuzawa

The location was perfect and we loved the bike rentals. The happy hour was also a nice addition. The breakfast food were not so yummy. The flavor was not very strong and the temperature was lukewarm.

Lots of little treats here and there like the free bath salt and free flow snacks and drinks every night No onsen and you’ll need a taxi or shuttle to get to the ski resort so it’s not the best for winter.

Location is accessible which is 10min walk from the station. The amenities are superb - free skincare, variety of bath salts, comfortable pajama, haori. My favorite part is the snack bar at night! Free chips, popcorn, drinks, and ice cream. The breakfast is superb as well! I will not stop raving about this hotel. Highly recommended! The lighting in the room could be better but i understand it’s setting the mood.

Great location. Good breakfast. Evening happy hour with drinks and free ice cream was a treat. Free bike rental was especially convenient for someone who has come to Karuizawa for many years- and it’s the best way to get around the town. Tiny trash bins. Bathroom is small/tight but many are like this in Japan

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and a decent size. It unfortunately rained during our one day visit and we very much appreciated the use of umbrellas as well as the storage of our bags until the room was ready. The hotel is in walking distance to the main old shopping area with many restaurants and shops. We could have walked with our bags from the station but opted for a taxi due to the torrential rain. The hotel provided a nice happy hour with sweet and savory snacks, alcohol and non alcoholic drinks as well as ice cream. The morning we left the sun came out and we enjoyed a wonderful walk to and around the Kumoba Pond. This was the first hotel we stayed at that had a kiosk for checking in and out, but the friendly staff was nearby to assist if needed.

Great food, lovely rooms and good service. The hotel also has a good central location, close to multiple transport options and shopping areas.

We had both the Japanese and American breakfasts. They were beautiful, and quite true to culture. The staff were incredibly gracious. The continental breakfast could have been more developed. More choices with cheeses and breads. Maybe that's my western lens!

This was an incredible hotel. Both in the beautiful space and the amenities! The breakfast was delicious and what we couldn't believe was the "snack free-for-all". at 9:15 every night the offer UNLIMITED alcohol and snacks to guests. It was such an amazing feature and something you would never see in the US. The staff was also incredibly helpful. A baggage delivery company lost my luggage and they spent so much time on the phone tracking it down - which they did! We really loved it. Nothing - Twin Line is great!

As vegetarians, it was difficult for us to coordinate breakfast as the options were very limited, but they did their best to do whatever they could for us.
