no Parking around, No Elevator in the hotel

The room was so small and getting to the toilet you have to go through the shower. At night it was so loud with noise we couldn’t sleep. The manager was so rude.

Great location, very friendly and attentive staff. We came to stay for 2 nights but ended up with 4. Absolutely loved the experience! Music downstairs was a bit too loud but that's something you can't avoid if you stay in a place like that. So, no complaints

Very stylish hotel, The room was warm and in a good condition, the bed was super comfortable and the shower is nice. The stuff is very friendly The breakfast was poor, but as I understood it’s because of low season… maybe at summer is better

Loved the central location—right in the middle of all the action! Lots of great spots to eat nearby. Breakfast was fine. While the location was great, the rooms showed signs of wear and tear, could use refreshing and better upkeep.

BEDBUGS and total denial — avoid this place at all costs. We checked into Upper House in Kaş and were hit with a full-on bedbug infestation the first night. At 1 a.m., we went straight to reception with photos and videos showing dozens of live bedbugs crawling all over the bed. Their response? “We’ll help you tomorrow.” No room change. No support. Just left us to be bitten alive. The next day? Still nothing—until I contacted Booking.com, and had a Turkish friend call the hotel directly. Suddenly, magically, a new room became available at 6 p.m. So no, the issue wasn’t “handled.” It was ignored until we forced their hand. When I followed up again with Booking.com (who said the hotel should respond within 30 minutes), the hotel still didn’t reply. I went back in person the next day to demand a refund. They gave me every excuse imaginable. Only after intense pressure did they refund the night. And then, instead of apologizing, they threatened to call the police—and actually did. So let’s be clear: • This was not one bug. It was an infestation. • They refused to act until we escalated externally. • They only refunded after being confronted in person. • And when held accountable, they called the police on a guest. This is not just bad service. This is a health hazard, a cover-up, and abuse of power. They don’t clean. They don’t care. And they lie. Tourists: stay far, far away. There are plenty of beautiful places to stay in Kaş. This is not one of them. BED BUGS Do not speak any languages but Turkish Aggressive and rude staff STAY AWAY

The only complaint is that the room and the bathroom are so small. The bathrooms are built in the room later on, and that is why there is no place in the room to move or open a suitcase. But like I said the hotel is clean, staff is nice and location is great.

Staying in the city center made it super easy to explore the beauty of Kaş on foot. Everything is just a short walk away—shops, the marina, and plenty of great restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. If you want to be right in the middle of everything, this place is a great choice

Exceptional

The breakfast is really great, staff is welcoming! I had a room without windows, it was very spacious and comfortable, conditioning was working great, so I did not notice the lack of windows;) The prices in mini bar are like in a grocery shop. The only thing that I didn't like, that I can mention, is that water in bathroom was warm and not hot, but maybe I did not understand how to switch it. But overall, this is a great value for the money.
