Location was excellent . We left at 4am. Have soggy sandwiches as our breakfast.

There was no hot water during our stay. When I was raining the balcony was full of water. The cleaning of the room was said once in two days but it was not done on time. The bathroom was a bit small and not comfortable and leakage from the tube to the outside was irritating. Generally a good place but some points must be improved

Everything except the mattress the mattress is too hard the air conditioner motor in the bedroom is noisy

Nice new hotel in perfect location in downtown Kaş. Modern facilities and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Parking is a problem. The paid lot is closed and Downtown Kaş is busy in season. The top floor suite is not good for anyone over 5 feet tall.
