A very nice apartment with a fantastic sea view that made our vacation! we enjoyed it greatly. very clean, fresh, with all necessary equipment and good quality BOSCH domestic appliances. Very friendly staff - a guy named Serhat - is always ready to help. We highly recommend this place as it’s fabulous. especially if you travel by car. the location is good, it is high almost on the top of the town so it’s a rather calm and relaxing area. It’s a 5 min walking distance to the city center. you can drive or walk. To go back you need to walk up a very steep slope, so it’s easier to take a taxi which is rather cheap. the thing we would improve is towels. please wash them with conditioner as they are very solid and tough.

Rooms were exactly what we saw in the pictures, inside was clean and neat. When we asked for one more blanket etc. we received everything right away. AC was working very well. The best is definitely the view from the terrace - something unforgettable! The apartment is located on the hill - if you don't have a car it's possible to walk or take a taxi for 150TL - but we really liked fact that it was not located in the centre and we could enjoy quiet and chill time on the terrace.

Definitely need to be fit. Cars don't really work in the centre due to traffic and very little parking.

The view from the apartment 2 was exceptional! The balcony was even bigger than we expected. Some pieces of furniture were rather old (table) and I missed the cozy details, like pictures on the walls, tablecloth, etc.

The property has a terrace outside where you can sit and enjoy the view. It was way up on the hill.

The view from the apartment is great. My recent experience at Aparthotel Carpediem in Kas was profoundly disappointing and concerning. We were shocked to discover the mattress in our room infested with bedbugs and stained with unidentifiable brown marks, clearly posing a health risk. We initially became suspicious as after a few days of our stay we began having strange bite marks at our body. When I raised this issue, the staff reluctantly offered another room, which unfortunately had a mattress in the same deplorable condition. The alleged manager, Mr. Tunc Bestem, was inaccessible until considerable insistence and pressure were applied. His handling of the situation was unsatisfactory. Only after much persistence through Booking.com did he agree, under significant duress, to refund only one of the remaining five nights of our stay. Problems began already at check-in, where we were initially assigned a room with a side sea view instead of the booked full sea view. The excuse provided was that Booking.com inaccurately described and depicted the rooms. The purported management showed a blatant disregard for guest well-being, claiming ignorance regarding the bedbug issue despite clear evidence in photos and videos showing otherwise. The manager Mr. Tunc even suggested that we as the guests might have brought the bugs into the apartment. The reception was often manned by an inexperienced teenager, and there was a distinct lack of accountability among the staff. Booking.com has been notified of these issues, including the absence of effective management. I strongly advise to check the bed if you choose to stay at Aparthotel Carpediem in Kas. Potential guests should be aware of the health risks and the way it was handled by the management.

Upon entry, we felt the flat could have been cleaner, particularly the floor and shower. In terms of location, it's best to stay here if you have a rental car or scooter since it's at the top of a steep hill.

The balcony offered the best view over Kas. Perfect cozy place for couples. Highly recommended! Nothing. Everything was just perfect.

Nothing. Just keep in mind that apartments located on top of the hill and you need to really climb here from Kas center, if you are without scooter or car. But, anyway, it's good for health and physical conditions :)

The view and the apartment itself. Cozy and comfortable. more than enough space for a couple. :)) Location was also convenient, 5-10 minutes walk to almost every spot we liked. Location was a bit rough, even though we love walking, the uphill was quite intense but nothing impossible. Balcony could've been a bit cleaner.
