Aysima Hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Kaş. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the old town, the harbour, and the best seafood restaurants. The rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated, with stunning sea views from the balcony. The staff truly go above and beyond: warm, attentive, and full of helpful local tips. I am definitely coming back here when I double up :P Even by myself I had a romantic experience. This is ideal stay for upper terraces, you can both walk up and down Kas and the balcony view is perfect! They are winning at the service!

We liked so much we came back for another day! Nice family who take an interest and run a very good little hotel. All fixtures and furniture are well thought out. The view off the front balcony and the pool area is Top Shelf. Very good breakfast and the daughter speaks fair English. Good recommendation for a day at the beach.

Loved the staff, the breakfast, the comfort and cleanliness. The hot tub was awesome and the view was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Our suite was spacious and lovely. Nice home touches. It was somewhat difficult waking up and down the hill to town if you have any mobility issues. However, it is only 200 TRY or 5 USD to take a cab and they are everywhere.

Nice room #202 facing the sea, good water pressure and plenty of of hot. Clean room with proper balcony. Pool area very clean. Nothing to dislike

AMAZING. Best hotel we stayed in on our entire Turkey trip. Excellent location - could walk everywhere, amazing views/including sunset, beautiful rooms and balconies. Easy parking right in front. We walked everywhere and it was so nice to have a quiet retreat, away slightly from the lively center. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and hospitality of the staff. They were wonderful and so accommodating. 10/10!!!!!

Hotel Aysima is a beautiful boutique hotel in a very convenient location. The owner and his staff are amazing. Very kind and so helpful. The room was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend!

The hotel was immaculate! So clean! The suite room has a washer & dryer, dish washer and pretty much anything you can think of or need. Breakfast was amazing, I loved the fresh fruits everyday. Nothing.

The bed was a little hard and uncomfortable.

This was our last stop after two weeks of travel in Turkey. We decided to treat ourselves and this hotel met all our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room with an incredible view. The pool was beautiful and we had it to ourselves both times we went swimming. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We loved it here. Everything was perfect. We wished we could hae stayed longer.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, pool, and walking into town.

Absolutely loved the place the moment we stepped onto it. The host & his family were absolutely delightful and went beyond their ways to make us comfortable. The location was perfect, walkable from the old town. The view from the room & the reception was breath-taking. The family made breakfast by themselves which made it very personal for us. We loved every minute of our stay here and this was our best stay in our whole Turkey travel. Thank you Nothing really.

This hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. The family who runs the place were very kind and accommodating - we were on a cycle tour and they allowed us to store our bikes inside the property. The breakfast was big and delicious - one of the best we had during our time in Turkey, and the views from our rooms were stunning. It’s very close to the city Center (5 minute walk) but also just far enough removed that you don’t have to deal with noise. Would definitely recommend this place and will look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful and clean. A spectacular view like the pictures. The owner gave us some great recommendations for local food. Breakfast had a large variety.
