Location; It is located at a very close location to the center of Kas, around 4 minutes by walking. Hotel; It is a small hotel as most of places in Kas. I can say that we were in generally satisfied with the hotel. Room were clean and enough for a family with 1 child. Breakfast: Breakfast was with enough choices that everyone can find something they would like. Nothing to dislike considering that this is a Kas hotel. As most of the hotels in Kas, expectations should not be at top level.

clean small hotel near beach we booked penthouse rooms for a week stay, but there is breakfast area behind the wall, so in the morning at 8:00 the start to serve it very loud. we asked to change rooms for the first floor, and there was no problems to do that.

The location is great, very close to the central street, and close to the beachfront. The staff is extremely friendly and respectful! The room was nice, however, the concept of having a transparent bathroom area, visible to everyone was not the best for us :) The hotel kindly provides beach towels. Breakfast was far from being rich and well-assorted. The roof terrace is closed. There is no bar in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with great views and amazing location. The owners are so cheerful, nice and helpful, we felt welcome and would love to come back! They have a parking lot, which helps a lot if you plan to be driving. We loved our stay. Everything was great!

Great location and view (corner room with two-side windows), friendly and helpful staff, nice design, everything is nearby but the area is quiet. Staff is awesome: helped to park the car, arranged a vase, wine glasses and an iron. uncomfortable bathroom: no shelf or anything to put accessories on, broken toilet seat. The pillows could be better. Breakfast is very poor, so better eat something outside.

Nice hotel with a beautiful sea view. They placed complimentary drinks and fruit in the room before we arrived. Staff very friendly and helpful. It is great that they provide parking, as it is almost impossible to find parking in Kas. Bathroom was too small and the water temperature was not stable. Sometimes taking a shower was pretty annoying as the water got hot and cold randomly.

Love it, Good bed, very very close to city center, quite new desing, so delicious and fresh breakfast. I saw the seeview rooms they were awesome. Room at penthouse was warm as i expected, but in hall there were no working airconditioner. Also, the room is near the breakfast area and kitchen so noise was unconfortable at 7 am. I think they should point that in their page. Prefer other rooms they are good.
