Ac, spacious, helpful staff with parking and carrying out heavy luggage. Clean towels daily. Breakfast was great

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very welcoming, very friendly people, this property is an absolute must! Great location as well! Honestly it was so good can’t even complain about anything. The best part was that the hotel had its own DOG sitting on the roof wanting some cuddles while we’re having breakfast. The dog name is charlie and he was so cute!

We had a wonderful stay at Kaş Old Town Hotel & Beach. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the old town, restaurants, and the harbor. The private beach area is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and had a lovely sea view. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of local products. We would definitely stay here again. There was nothing significant to dislike.

Really great hotel, perfect for exploring the area. I liked that we had the option to add breakfast or not so that we could try other restaurants in the area too. For three people, our room was very spacious for luggage and walking around. Definitely felt like I could stay longer here!

Brilliant accommodation, location was prefect, just up the road from the old town and all the shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a lots of variety. Straight across the road from all the beach clubs.

Excellent location and the gentleman who helped us was so kind. Breakfast was great. The access to the beach club was a great bonus.

The staff were extremely helpful. Found us a parking spot, the staff carried our bags 3 floors up. They Turkish breakfast buffet was really good and the rooftop view was breathtaking

The location was perfect....minutes walk from the town center and about a 20 minute walk from the closest beach. We stayed in the attic room on the same floor as the terrace where breakfast is served. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom equipped with a nice shower and very hot water. The windows are tiny, but we spent little time in the room. We did enjoy the terrace in the evening, where we had a lovely view and some gin and tonics ( made by us). For a very relaxed and comfortable stay with friendly staff and a nice breakfast...we highly recommend the Old Town Hotel. The only recommendation we have is to provide a king sized sheet and light comforter with a washable cover for the King bed! ? For tall people...a small warning that the attic room has triangular ceilings that are low on the sides. The shower head is also low as installed but can be removed and handheld.

One thing that slightly spoiled the impression was the water in the shower in the terrace room. It was very difficult to mix the temperature — it was either boiling hot or very cold. I think it might be time to replace the faucet ?

Very good Room only have Beds , I think If the have a chair or a sofa as well that would be great.

though the location is not in the center, but it's convenient to go to center. at the same time, its location brings quiet. close to the sea/beach, very close to a tourist spot (theatre). since its terrace facing the sea, it has sunshine. very comfortable. the covering. there is a thin blanket on the bed. it's very thin, not warm enough. but there is another thick cover on the shelf. the thing is that thick cover is just put there, no cover outside. it is brown color..... have to say, that color without outside brings concerns. when i used it, not sure if it's my imagination or not, i feel a little itching, though i put it above that thin blanket. i would like to suggest the owner use cover outside it like normal quit used in hotel/hostel. another thing is, pls pay attention to the toilet. it has some tech to use it without leaking water (water cannot stop). my room happened, i close it many times to stop water leaking. if it's not stopped, it will cause hot water not enough. i would like to suggest the owner to review all rooms to check its on-off, otherwise if hot water is not enough, it brings issues.

Nice location, good breakfast, and nice staff.

The location is very good, staff is really helpful, we love the breakfast. We had family room which is good size. The bedding is not comfortable for sleeping.. There is only one very thin blanket. The blanket has a few marks too. It is not suitable for winter temperatures. There are some extra quilt provided on the shelf but they are way too thick.

Great location, helpful staff who helped with easy parking, lovely view for breakfast. Room was simple but had everything we needed. Thin scratchy bedding. Some softer sheets with a duvet would go a long ways in improving comfort.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few min walk from the main square. During the day, we were able to use Gulsah Pansion's beach, which is right in front and easily accessible, and it was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and enjoying it on the terrace with the morning view made it extra special. The walls are quite thin, and the door is rather old so we could hear noise from the corridor and the neighboring rooms. We were planning to sleep in, but the noise woke us up quite early and made it difficult to fall back asleep. The furniture definitely needs refurbishment. The bed is creaky, the luggage rack feels like it's about to collapse and the standing light switch hardly works.
