The perfect pre-season stay. As asked for, I was given a room on the 4th floor, with a wonderful sea view. A well-appointed room, modern and super clean, excellent room service. There's no lift: Sezgin at Reception was so lovely and helpful, carrying my incredibly heavy luggage up and down, and also helping me with parking. Thank you so much, Sezgin! Note that during the season parking must be quite a headache at most hotels in Kas. Best of all, at least pre-season: no music from nearby bars and restaurants (mostly still closed in late April). Absolutely nothing negative to report (from a fussy hotel guest).

Great location with direct wonderful sea view from the room! Big balcony, tasty breakfast! 3 minutes walk to wharf and the square. Facilities need to be maintained and upgraded especially for the bathroom.

Management and Staff made is feel really Welcome and we arrived quite late.. Location is Great..Views are Spectacular....I just wish there was a lift..would really help..Breakfast was Satisfying Stairs ...no Lift

First of all İ would like to thank all the staff , they were very nice , helpful with smily face. Our view from room was amazing with nice see breeze it was like a heaven . I did not want to leave my room and balcony . This hotel is close to main street , small beach right in the front of the hotel beautiful coffee shop with fantastic view right in front of the hotel and don’t miss that restaurant in front of the hotel they have the best steak ? omg its so delicious . They have boats that take you to greek island for 40 euro don’t miss that too all the boat tours is 2 minutes walk from the hotel . The location of the hotel is super . Don’t forget to take a bus tour for saklikent with waterfall , nature, canyon, history , beach all these package in one tour . I got it from tripadvisor app . Omg its was like heaven If you are old and have hip or knee problem ask the staff in advance when you book to give you room on first floor other than not having the elevator this place has no problem , but keep in mind there are only 3 hotels in kaş that have elevator , i have a knee problem too, but took one advil and take all those stairs back and forth no problem

Really nice breakfast, I stayed 9 days and there was something new every day. I had sea view and it was amazing to wake up and see this beauty. My room was comfortable and clean. As many people mention, there’s no elevator and it was uncomfortable to go up to the 5th floor (there is no air conditioning). My pillow was not good, it should be updated.

If you have to remain in town after the check out, the hotel offers a shower and changing room and a place to keep luggage. Only minor thing is that there is no drying rack in the balconies for wet swimwear and towels. Accesibility might be issue as there are no elevators. Excellent otherwise.

The location was perfect, close to the center but far enough to keep it quiet at night. It is right across the street from a beautiful little beach, and walking distance to a bigger beach. The hotel and room were very clean. Sezgin the manager, was there from sun up till late at night making sure that everything was going well and the guests were taken care of. He was very helpful with any questions or needs. And his sister, Fatma, cooked the amazing breakfast. Every morning she had something delicious and different from the day before, along with the standard Turkish breakfast. The only negative is not having an elevator but that was no problem because Sezgin carried all of my luggage up like it was nothing!

An amazing, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice. I really enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely come back!
