Habesos Hotel

No elevator, and water pressure is weird and also the water is sometimes cold, sometimes hot when I take a shower.

This hotel is very good value for the price. There are beaches right in front of the hotel which became my fav in Kaş. They were not too expensive but comfy enough. The breakfast was amazing. The view was amazing. Staff was good. The room was very spacious, the AC was new and very efficient. Wifi was good. Nobody came for cleaning in my 3 day stay. I think I needed to ask for it. The toilet had stains, it was not very well cleaned. The pool was small, I never used. You don't really need pool in Kaş. Overall, I will come back to Habesos and I recommend it.

Well located. Great breakfast. Room was big and clean. I was not expecting much since many reviews were negative. I would fo back anytime. Our room was in the building above the breakfast room, not the building were the reception is. Our room was renovated I think. Great size balcony. There is a little beach on the other side of the street. Parking were full so we had to park 8min walking distance.

Breakfast was pretty standard, just meats and bread, yogurts and fruit I would have liked some hot food at breakfast but it wouldnt be a reason to not stay there again!

Perfect location, only minutes from the sea, harbour and Kaş square with all its restaurants. Nice swimmingpool to cool of in. Beautiful seaview and poolview from rooms in the old building ( there is a new building with newer rooms but less and partly seaview, so check when you book, were you will get your room) Breakfast is ok, a lot to choose from, and a nice veranda next to the pool to sit on and enjoy the view. Overall an OK hotell with great location, wich could be A LOT better with a little facelift. The rooms and the hotel in its self is a bit worn down, especially in the old hotel building ( but pool and seaview makes up for that ) The whole place and the rooms needs an upgrade and refreshment. Lots of dirt and filth in corners and lists in bathrooms. Toiletseat broken, fell of all the time ( mentioned it to the reception without responce ) Old and sad pool furniture, looks dull and boring.

Location is good but there are many in the same area so i suggest choose another hotel whole property physical condition is neglected and old. requires maintenance in rooms and public areas. bathroom had mold problem and shower head calcium was stopping a good water flow out of it and of course it looks dirty. service is poor, staff helps you but if only you asked them to be otherwise no attention or whatsoever. breakfast was enough for me but i am sure many would find it poor too. they offer better rate when booked directly than what you pay to booking.com

Close to the main attractions. Smokers all over, no dedicated smoking areas at the restaurant, even ashtrays in the rooms.

The staff we extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast very basic. There was never any hot water. The Bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress was very hard. The pool area wasn't very clean. The shower area at the pool was dirty and covered in mould and leaves also empty drink bottles left around the pool area. Noisy night time location.

- staff was helpful. - no parking place in the hotel but the staff parks the car for you. A full disaster. we were downgraded the first night. lucky we realised it. Hotel stadd agreed and changed to a better room. As a general comment: really bad maintenance of all facilities (furniture, walls, balcony, air conditioning, everything!!). everthing is falling a part. Breakfast was really limited.

A good variety for breakfast served by the staff who were maintaining social distancing while doing this, hotel in a superb location with great views of the sea and just a short wail to all the cafe's, bars and places of interest, very happy with our choice!

Hotel is in a central location and has a big pool and deck area. Checkout at 12 was also a good thing, although I suspect most hotels do this. 1. The person (owner?) at check-in was rough and arrogant. 2. I was overcharged (paid in TRY instead of EUR) at an exchange rate that benefitted the hotel. 3. Having seen the bad WiFi reviews, I specifically asked for a room with good connection - the hotel replied 'ok', and then proceeded to provide a room with zero WiFi. 4. Having asked for a double bed, we were provided with 2 single beds next to each other which were somehow not level and could easily be pushed away from each other.

Only the location is good, everything else is unfortunately pretty poor. The first time I saw dirty towel in an hotel room. Room was not clean enough, toilet was not good. Staff is not wearing mask most of the time. Hot water cut while taking a bath. The overall cleaning didn’t seem enough to us. There was a mattress and folded bed in corridor in front of our room, and it was all there during our stay. I don’t prefer to stay here again.

We were in the pool and the hotel managers young son threw a plastic water toy and it hit me in the face. I was bleeding a lot, and now I’m left with a deep cut across my nose and a bruised/swollen face. It was an accident, but it would have been nice if he came over to ask if I was okay, or to apologize. Unfortunately he didn’t acknowledge the incident, when it was clear what had happened, and all the other guests saw.

The hotel has very good location. The staff was very hardworking. The rooms, beds, and towels were clean. The hotel has nice pool. Firstly, I completed my booking months ago. I requested baby cot which was not ready in the room once we arrived to the room. They gave a room to us on 3rd floor in the second building which has no elevator. So I don’t really recommend this place to the families who has kids nor they should specifically mentioned or request about it. One of the room was smelling really bad toilet smell. They said it smells because of wind but there was a dirty toilet brush which was creating all bad smell. When they removed it , the smell disappeared. The breakfast was controlled by them due to corona reasons but the pastries were very limited and they don’t replace it. When we asked them to bring more the answer was there is no more of it. The tea was finishing very quickly which is a main thing for a turkish breakfast. They were smoking all the time in the lobby and breakfast place. You can see the picture in the below. Long story short i don’t really recommend this place.
