Great location, staff were excellent, very good breakfast, very comfortable hotel Lights in the hallway were not consistent

The location and views were very good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room we booked was unavailable due to an apparent electrical fault. We were downgraded but didn't get a credit for it. We pointed out that the freezer compartment was completely iced over and the fridge was making loud noises. They promised to change the fridge but only switched it off resulting in a very wet floor! We love our coffee and they have a great machine, but it wasn't operational because a simple maintenance program wasn't executed. It was done the next day and the coffee was great.

The hotel is centrally located yet quiet enough at nights. The owner and his staff (as well as their friendly dogs) were extremely responsive to our requests during our stay, including arranging a boat tour and connecting with our ensuing hotel in Istanbul. The free breakfast provided was extensive, fresh and satisfying. We highly recommend his place! Nothing.

Only breakfast and hotel view. Nothing else So many things. First of all, this hotel amenities was poor as they didn’t have phone and are in the hotel room.the fridge was bad as it couldn’t stop making noise. When we consult the hotel staff all they did was unplug without consulting us! We had drinks in there that went bad and the rooms was flooding and our luggage was all wet!!! Lastly, they charge you when you leave and upon leaving, their eftpos machine couldn’t accept my credit card and this caused stress from us as we did not have cash. Thanks to hotel staff Bayan for helping us resolve the problem and giving us a lift to otogar. He did give us a discount to our room prices and some free fruit so we were grateful.

I was traveling with my dog, and the hotel is perfectly suited for travelers with pets. Located close to the city centre and to the places where you can walk with a dog. Staff are very welcoming, nice and attentive. Breakfast is nice and fresh, homemaid cakes arw especially wonderful. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is calm and nice. I'd definitely recommend it.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Very new, modern hotel with a lovely terrace area to have breakfast. Great selection of breakfast daily. Hotel offers a beach platform with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels for guests to use- there is a restaurant on site for food and drinks. The hotel is located in a great area with the ocean located just across the road in front and a short walk into town for restaurants and shops. Our favourite place we stayed on our trip!

Spotty internet in room, ok on terrace. Noisy facility due to no good sound proofing between rooms and hallway. Good windows but could hear next door room people talking and loud doors shutting in the hallway. Not good for light sleepers.
