Hotel Kayahan

Very friendly and helpful staff. The balcony have line for hanging clothes with the hanger clips. I thought that's a great detail. Complimentary water when we arrived and when we were leaving was another detail that we appreciated.

Apartment needs to be a little renovated.

I loved the views. I loved how close it was to get to the main part of town. (Taking the streets up the hill, easier than the steps!) The staff was very nice & helpful. No tea kettle in room but can to ask for one at front desk. No tea in room but can get from breakfast room. Dog was very cute. Would have been nice to have tea/ coffee in the room. Had a cleaning issue when first checked in but was remedied quickly. Would have liked a few more options for things to go in yogurt or cooked eggs for breakfast.

Good location with sea view. Small cosy hotel, clean rooms. Nice view from the rooftop. Very small rooms. In apartments was smell of cats, and feel like as if no one lived there for a very long time….

The view from the apartment balcony is awesome. The WiFi is very reliable and the shower was good. Having a washing machine was very convenient. The owners are very nice.

We were promised to get some coffee before official breakfast start time (8am); in the morning, were refused even hot water to make an instant coffee. That's why we didn't book it the second time we had a chance to. Sometimes the smallest details matter.

We stayed at Kayahan apartments for a week. Our apartment had two cozy bedrooms and sitting room with the kitchen. Perfect for the family stay. All rooms have air conditioning. Kitchen included minimum of tableware but it's quite enough for cooking. There was also a big balcony with an outdoor table and four chairs with an amazing sea view, where we enjoyed watching the sunsets with a glass of wine or a beer ? Hotel is very conveniently located, you can get to the marina very easily, and it’s only three minutes to get to the small public beach. It takes approximately 7 minutes to get to supermarket Muhtar Market, vegetable shop Ucarlar Manav, fish shop Barajgida. We cooked fresh seafood and fish every evening and went out for lunches. It was a wonderful experience! We definitely want to visit Kas and Kayahan apartment again. All was good!

The location of this hotel was ideal for me, on a quiet side street, super easy to walk into town, spectacular sea view from my room. I loved being on my terrace at sunset and was enamored with the beautiful bougainvilleas climbing up the side of the building. So gorgeous! The hotel was very clean throughout and the staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good assortment of choices and the setting for breakfast being on the top floor was incredible, more spectacular views in every direction. Overall I thought the value was good The hotel was a bit out dated and could use some upgrading, the bed was a little too firm for me, no smart TV and the plastic terrace furniture was not very comfortable. Also the walls seemed a bit thin as I could easily hear the person in the adjacent room snoring at night. Bedside lamps were broken and falling off the wall.

car parking is always an issue. the sound proof is not enough. you can hear sounds from outside and corridor people walking amd talking

We stayed in a 2-bedroom- apartment with our friends. Everything was amazing! Great location, very comfortable apartment, huge rooms, great view from the balcony! We loved it. We thought they would have a private parking spot because the advertisement says that they have a parking area. Considering the narrow streets of Kaş, parking area was one of our priorities when selecting our hotel. They help you find a place on the street because the staff is just so kind, but the hotel does not have a parking area.

The hotel is very nice and clean, our room was with beautiful see view. Stuff was very helpful especially when our AC broke, they fixed it in an hour! breakfast was very similar every day, room a bit too small (but in general everything fine)

The hotel is close to the centre of kaş, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was of good quality ingredients and plenty of it too Nothing to dislike

We loved our stay in Kas, it’s such beautiful place in Turkey. We stayed at Kayahan hotel for two nights in a hotel room and then moved into apartment, which was also great and more suitable for our family. The hotel room was on the second floor, an elevator was convenient with the luggage. Our check-in was late at night, but it wasn't a problem. When we arrived, we got our keys very quickly , and personal also gave few bottles of cold water. The room was not very big, but it has everything you need for comfortable rest. Beds were very comfy, good pillows, white linen - when you are sleeping you have no pain in your back. Bathroom is quite small too but clean and have all necessary amenities (towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc.). Having blackout curtains and air conditioning were great for hot summer days. Breakfast was included, located on the rooftop terrace. There is not a big selection of the breakfast food, but it was tasty and fresh: eggs, fried potato, three types of cheese, greens, fresh vegetables, olives, yoghurt, fruits, cereal. You can have your meal with great view on Kas and the sea. Coffee was also nice. Hotel has its own pool, water is clean and warm, our child loved it. The Kacuk Cakil beach is in three minutes. The water right beside the coast is cold, but it's becoming warm when you swim away. The view is also great. You can get to the center of Kas in 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are many shops and cafes in the center, I recommend to visit Meydan to have dinner or supper. There is Buyuk Cakil beach in 20 minutes walk from hotel, but you need to climb on a big hill. So it will be better have a taxi (you can ask on the reception for a taxi- they very super helpful booking taxis for us). Reception always can help with every problem - taxi, transfer, shops and attractions. I would like to say special thanks to Sever, he made our vacation comfortable, helped with check in and check out, answered every question. He was super... Nothing
