Nice Ambience, location one of best .. quite .. large spacious rooms. Very courteous staff. good service. ideal for short breaks Facility is aging .. needs a little bit of service .. Dining hall spread could be better

Location is nice. Breakfast and dinner was really good. Enjoyed the Live music in the evening. The room's AC was terrible. It was constantly making a noise due to which we did not have any sound sleep

The resort was very beautiful and tbe staff was marvelous. When we reached, there was so much smoke in the air which was baffling. I dont think it was resort's fault but the locals

Beautiful property with very helpful staff Ac in our room wasn’t working. The staff offered to upgrade and move us though.

Nothing, it is pathetic. All claims of facilities are false and they don’t exist actually in hotel. Secondly the hotel is not in kasouli, it’s around 8km further of Kasauli, so even the property location is wrong
