Akti Kastraki Beach

We had a great stay in Kastraki. The owner was very hospitable and friendly making sure we had tips on what to do each day. The rooms were comfortable and clean and it was nice to be able to walk right out on the beach. We also prefer not to be in the “action” of tourists - so being a little more remote was nice. The location was the best on Kastraki Beach! Everything was thought out! The staff was absolutely amazing and was there to meet all of our needs! They greeted us upon our late arrival, made us food and brought it right to our room which had a complimentary bottle of wine! The restaurant seating was right at the beach with the most beautiful sunset! The rooms were pristine with daily cleaning and bed service! They had an iron and blow dryer! There was a cute outdoor shower and footbath water spout so you could rinse off the beach sand and keep it out if your room! The chef was on premises and the Greek food was authentically delicious and made with love! They have daily specials, the Mousaka and dolmas were delectably delicious! We were in walking distance to the mini market which had fresh produce and tickets for the bus. You can easily take the bus to the Naxos Town, the Temple of Apollo and the mountain villas of Filoti and Halki. Atki Kastraki was the perfect Greece experience! It provided us with comfort, beauty and authentic Greek culture! The beach was so beautiful with the stunning turquoise water and sunsets! We loved EVERYTHING!

The location is great. U have ur own beach just across from the hotel. The food option in the resort is very limited. They won’t give u extra towel for ur in-room use . u have to exchange a new towel with ur old towel. The lotion and shower gel bottle are almost empty when we check-in the room.

Amazing location, basically on the beach. Sunbeds were amazingly confortable Some elements of interior design were very nice ( stone sofas) Staff were extremely helpful Bar service on the beach - wow ! Some elements look a bit dated. Not the best/most varied bar/restaurant. Some areas of the compound look a bit neglected. Didn't give me the feeling of "everything looks perfect", though that is highly subjective.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like being welcomed into a friend’s home. Athina, the owner, is the soul of this place with her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our trip unforgettable. She is always present with a warm smile, helpful suggestions, and thoughtful touches that make you feel truly looked after …and adding cherry on the top; her cat “SuSu” kept us company and gave us even more warmth! A place without animals has no soul and Akti is full of genuine family spirit! Honestly, all the staff are super welcoming and attentive! Location is suuuupppper; right on a heavenly beach! We left with tears in our eyes but we will sure come back… The moment we left

To begin with we loved the location, Kastraki is an endless beach with crystal clear waters!!! The room was just few meters from the beach, comfortable. The owners are super nice and kind! The room was very clean, everyday fresh, the cleaning lady was so nice and every day folded the towels beautifly for us to enjoy!

Loved the location right on the beach. The suite for our family of four was nice. Little things that make a big difference and take our experience up a level. Beach towels available for each guest at least once a day please. We went one day with no beach towels (they were in the wash every time we checked back throughout the day). We were there for three days so that was disappointing. Lack of coffee pods for every morning. 2/day without asking would have been very appreciated.

At first our expectations were not exactly me but after we stayed there a day or two it was great It would even be better if there was a pool??

The location was excellent. Secluded beach. The restaurant food was amazing many locals came to eat here. The best sunsets I have ever seen. The owner has thought of everything. We are explored the whole island but were always happier to come home to Akti Kastraki Nothing! Will go back asap!

Fabulous, warm and welcoming staff. Right on the beach. Quiet. Excellent restaurant with great breakfasts options. Wi-fi available throughout property. Pleasant atmosphere. Screens on every window would help keep mosquitoes out.

Stella, the manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. She assisted us with everything from restaurant recommendations to beach towels. The rooms were spotless, and the bed comfortable. The best part about staying here was being able to literally walk across the road and be on one of the loveliest beaches I have ever seen. And if the wind was blowing rough, or you fancied a change of scene, there were five or six other beach options within a 10 minute drive. Despite being super clean with modern fittings, the shower is a little small, and it does tend to wet the bathroom floor, and the toilet paper on the roll holder.

Close to the beach. Bathroom drain smelled really bad. Room was not the one we were promised with the great sunset view instead you could see ugly rooftops. Also the windows were broken

The location is right on the beach. We could hear the waves at night and it was fantastic! The rooms are even more beautiful than the pictures. The staff was super kind and always helpful, even drove us to take the bus when leaving.

Amazing small beachfront hotel. Newly built spacious rooms, Clean, tastefully decorated and well arranged. The balconies have amazing views to the sunsets. They also offer a bar restaurant with great food and cocktails. Very friendly and attentive staff. Totally recommended. Loved everything

The place was lovely! Clean beaches and water and away from major clouts. Stella was helpful and kind, we loved our stay and wished we could stay longer. Definitely will return

Very nice place - wonderfull located by the beach. Far from main town so rent a car if you want to go places.
