Breakfast was delicious, with good variety of eggs, meats, cereal, and baked goods daily. The host couple was friendly and accommodating, and gave us a larger room when they realized we needed ground floor with no stairs. The wifi was spotty, with different passwords needed for different locations within the resort. My husband was unable to do his computer work from the desk in the room because of this.

The property is beautiful. There are 2 pools and s hot tub. Plenty of loungers. Our apartment was spacious for 5. Breakfast was great - tons on options. My kids loved all of it. 5 minute walk to beach & 2 great tavernas on the beach. 25 minutes by car to main town Bathroom showers could use some attention in our room.

Our stay at Naxos Summerland Resort was absolutely incredible! This charming, family-run gem offers simple elegance with a warm, European vibe that made us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and every meal we had was fresh and full of flavor. The staff—especially Zefi, Sarah, and Varvara—were exceptional: kind, attentive, and so welcoming. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the stunning Kastraki Beach, with its turquoise waters and three amazing beachfront tavernas. We felt relaxed, cared for, and completely immersed in Greek island magic. We can’t wait to return!

Room was a bit run down, fridge didn’t work very well (door didn’t close so didn’t keep things cold).

it started off wonderful. Host provided transportation from the port. Arranged for 2 rental cars to be at the resort. Arranged for a Special Birthday celebration dinner and cake. the Staff was awesome. Daughter was nice too. Maria never looked at us once in 4 days. It went seemed to go downhill from there. after check-in our daughter and my sister noticed ants and spiders, so they got moved. (nice) then the second room one of the mattresses was bad ( spring) kinda argued with her, like we should have told them she had a bad back??. then the next day the chef left, 3 different reasons 1, hand hurt, 2 shoulder, 3 left for the season?, so no dinner meals were going to be offered. Our Family has over 30 years of restaurant experience we offered to help out, daughter was very pleased for the offer. Mom and Dad never came up to us to acknowledge our offer. Then Yannie wanted to be paid in Cash the day before the cars were due to be returned, but you couldnt find him to pay him.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Naxos, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. They were always friendly, helpful, and eager to assist with anything I needed, which really added a personal touch to my stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. It was comfortable, spacious, and I loved waking up to the beautiful views outside. Every detail seemed thoughtfully planned, making my stay as relaxing as possible. The hotel grounds are simply stunning! There are two pools, and both are perfect for lounging around during the day. The atmosphere is very chill, with plenty of space to unwind. Whether you’re soaking up the sun by the pool or enjoying the peaceful surroundings, it’s a fantastic place to take a break from exploring the island. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to everything you’d want to see on Naxos, yet it still feels like a peaceful escape from the busier areas. You’re never far from great beaches, local restaurants, and attractions, which made getting around easy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of great service, beautiful facilities, and the perfect location makes it a place I would love to come back to. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Naxos.

Big rooms, nice pool area, breakfast buffet with Greek delicacies Sometimes the cats could be annoying
-
Pool and bar were great Restaurant was closed and to far away from the city.

The relaxed area

All you needed people were great Location to far out of town

The pool, nothing else. The location - was too far from anything. Reduced buses from Naxos Port meant limited time to travel anywhere. The owner/manager was rude, aggressive and not willing to hear of anything that we had a concern with in our room. Blamed any issues on us, the cleaner, the environment or the govt. We didn’t have a hot shower the whole time we were there (that was apparently the Govts fault). We booked for 4 nights but left after 2. Went into a small cheap hotel in Naxos Port and had our first hot shower with plenty of water. We likened the owner/manager of Summerland to that of Basil Fawlty - we will laugh about our experience at this “resort” for many years to come.

Lovely people, beautiful place, if you want to relax it is the perfect place, but you can also rent a car and go to the city
-
Calm environment Close to empty beautiful beaches Air conditionning difficult to use Beds quite rough Stuck shower evacuation

We spoke to the staff about our dirty shower curtain which needed replacing and it was promptly replaced. The issue remained that it was on the short side for the shower stall and so water leaked on the floor and it understandably caused challenges to keep clean and dry (and safe). The kitchenette had tea but no coffee (although you could get coffee sachets at the kitchen all day long) and no stir spoons/sticks/sugar. The door needs to be opened with a key as there is no handle but you can keep it ajar when outside nearby (the wind did not blow it shut).

The resort location was the highlight of the stay, 5min walk to the beach and two great restaurants. In addition, the pool and the hotel it self looks nice and our daughter (also us) really enjoyed the pools. The staff was very nice and friendly!! the breakfast was great, we had also dinner and it was great.

This resort is located right next to a beautiful sandy beach and has a good selection of tavernas in walking distance. The pool area and bar/ restaurant were clean and comfortable- the food was excellent! The bus to Chora (Naxos town) stopped directly outside the hotel and is much cheaper than getting a taxi. The staff are accommodating and friendly, always making an effort to have conversation with us and the other guests. The AC did not seem to get cold enough, making the room slightly warmer than what we would’ve liked. This was not a big issue as we spend most of the day outside.
