Doupiani House Hotel

This sweet family run hotel in Kastraki was a wonderful find with beautiful views of the giant towering rocks of Meteora topped with their monasteries, a delightful little village. The hotel rooms were comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. A full breakfast is included in the price and the staff were very helpful with guiding us where to go and what to see. Hope to go back some day. Nothing

We loved the location and the view from our balcony. The room was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. There is 24 hour security to enter the property. The road leading to the hotel needs to be re-paved. The hotel staff mentioned that they are planning to repair the road soon.

We were exceptionally late and the staff was still very welcoming. The decor is beautiful and sets the tone for the area visit. Delicious buffet breakfast eaten on the lovely terrace was a wonderful start to the day! This hotel was recommended by another family member that had stayed, and I would recommend it too. Wish I had more time here. Only thing is it could use an iron in the room.

Room patio wasn't optimal - view was mostly blocked by construction and the AC unit emitted hot air in a small space.

The view was beautiful, the patio was refreshing, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

We were exceptionally happy with this hotel. Our room was exactly as expected and had a panoramic view of Meteora. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for this area. The hotel was brimming with classy, old-world charm, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast had everything that we could have wanted. There were so many options to choose from, that we couldn't try everything. The location not only provided a fabulous view, but it was very easy to walk to some wonderful tavernas for dinner. I would highly recommedn this hotel to anyone visiting this area!

The breakfast featured homemade local foods and good coffee. The service was excellent and everyone was very nice. The parking was fine and the property felt safe. The smell of deodorizer in the rooms is too strong. There was loud construction until late in the evening. The beds were hard as a rock and the bathroom was dark and tiny. Every noise could be heard from other rooms. It’s feels run down. If we had stayed more than one night we would have left early and went somewhere else.

Very nice location with full views of the Meteora. Room with balcony’s facing Meteora are like the pictures on their site. The breakfast was incredible with all sorts of local Greek foods. Nothing

The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast had excellent variety and amount, with plenty of exterior seating to enjoy the remarkable landscape. Great location, very convenient for tours and local restaurants.

The view was wonderful. We were in a triple room and the beds were comfortable. Space was doable even with 3 girls. The breakfast was exceptional, we enjoyed it outside both mornings. The staff were helpful, pleasant and welcoming. There was plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing.

Meteora is a MUST SEE destination and Hotel Doupiani is a great place to stay. It started with Barbara at the front desk who is incredibly helpful and friendly. The view is utterly spectacular - if you have to pay extra to face the rocks and monasteries, I believe it is worth it (particularly if you have a balcony). The breakfast is excellent filled with homemade local deliciousness. The rooms are a bit old and the beds a bit saggy. Our first room was kinda depressing but the seconf room was much better. There is not much to the facilities, but with the location, you don't need much. The bar/restaurant has the most breathtaking view.

Amazing views of the monasteries on the mountain tops. Athena was a great hostess for check-in and as bartender! There was nothing bad about this property. No construction was going on next door during our stay.
