This was such a beautiful room! Spotlessly clean, the bed was wonderful and it had a walk in shower. Nice! There was a well stocked market down the road and an awesome beach a short drive away. You need to check in at their sister property which has the included breakfast, the pool, the café, etc. The room is down the road. Follow the receptionist over! GPS does not know where it is. Or where you are. Or where you should be. This property is very isolated, so if you are looking for a walkable town, steps from the beach, this ain't it. If you want to be completely away from the tourists and the towns, this place is great.

Beautiful room, great staff, great price, extraordinary free breakfast There was no hot water the entire time we were there, and. No way to close the patio door or open it from the outside. There is literally no handle to pull it closed. I was also frustrated because it is not clear on Booking.com that the room we got was in another facility and we had to drive to the pool and to breakfast. I did not find out until an email the day before. There are no drawers to unpack your clothes, except for a few hangers, so we lived out of our suitcase.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The ambient, the atmosphere, the room, the sea view, the breakfast and the reception girl. They have really paid attention to the details. For sure a place to come again They need to finish the roads work, but it is a minor thing :)

The place is so calm, perfect view. It has an amazing terrace with a perfect view to the sea. The room is clean and cozy, in harmony with the architecture of the island. The owner is attentive and helpful Kitchen is not well equipped if you are planning to cook

The view The door to the balcony had a broken window with shards of glass still hanging out. The toilet was broken and continually filling. There were no knives or cookware in the kitchen for cooking. No kettle, no coffee etc. The door handle to the bathroom had fallen off. There was no holder for the shower head (it had also fallen off and been left that way). The studio is in dire need of repairs. The kitchen should also come with at least the most basic utensils for making a meal or cup of tea, otherwise why even have a kitchen advertised?

Great views of the nearby beach/ sea from our terrace/ balcony. Check-in experience wasn't great. When we arrived there was no one there to welcome us, we called the number after 5 mins and someone answered, 10 minutes later some other people arrived but it was not clear that they were checking us in. They then asked us if we were in a particular room number (we had no idea because the information wasn't given to us). We eventually got the room and keys but the room wasn't not well equipped with basic things like a bin, handsoap and some kitchen utensils (some of these items were then supplied later that day). Wifi did not work at all and no room cleaning. Several rubbish bags were left outside near our room and wasn't a pleasant sight.

Maria at the reception, that does her best to pick up on the lack of love and care this place has from the owners/management that you never see. And the view. When I arrived on the terrace was an old bucket with old cleaning water, broom sticks all over the place and beneath at the bottom.od the stairs it was like a trash. There was an unpleasant odeur when I arrived. Also the fridge was washed with old cleansing water, as it was really stinking. No bathroom towels, no kitchen basics like a pan or hardly cutlery. I had to request all a couple of times. Then I was requested to leave the room unthough I had made a reservation for a longer time; all together around 3 weeks!! I should suppose that I'm the best guest with such a long reservation, but I felt treated in the cleaningness and availability of the basics in the room like the worst! Only Maria tried her best to handle this chaos well, but it was not her fault, she was just left with the results of a lack of love of service and cleaningness and had to handle all my complaints at the desk. But it's not her fault. It felt like because it's the cheapest accommodation they can do whatever they like. But it's not a 20 euro accommodation but 50-70. For this price you expect that the host does his basics, but he didn't. It feels like a money machine. There's just the energy of they just don't care. And you have to ask for everything to get solved. Yes the view is spectacular, but the hospitality and having the feeling that people are trying to to their best is absent..also around the villas there was mess everywhere. Because I was the first guest? This can't be. Worst customer care ever (not because of Maria that does the reception, as she has to handle this mess) but because how the property and me as a guest was received. Literally with a garbage mess in front of my studio and terrace. It took two days before they came to clean in

The location is superb, with a great view of the sea and a good distance from the road and other houses, making the place quiet and conducive to relaxation and contemplation. The rooms are large and furniture is good. Unlike during our previous stay at this place, the terraces did not have cover from the sun, making it impossible to use them for lunch and afternoon rest (we only sat there for breakfast and dinner). The internet connection was disrupted repeatedly, and every time it took the manager more than a full day to get it restored. Most unpleasantly, in the second part of our stay the cleaning services were discontinued without any explanation, leaving us with increasingly dirty floors and stinky garbage. It was the first time that we experienced such an unwelcoming treatment in any place or Naxos or, indeed, any other location.

Katerina is a very welcoming person, she takes time for great recommendations (villages, restaurants, beaches...) and she is always eagering to help. Beautiful and very calm place in front of the beach. Absolutely recommended!
