This is the second time I've stayed here and I always have a good experience. Good location, very clean rooms and excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my experience. I stayed in a Chic room, which was very spacious with a modern and well-maintained interior. Everything in the room was in perfect working condition. I would especially like to highlight the excellent housekeeping service — the room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the bed linen and towels were changed daily. Perfect location near the Kata beach (3 min walk) and all the restaurants and shops near by. The room was also very well equipped, including slippers, a beach bag, umbrellas, and even a beach mat, which was a very nice touch. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Initially, I was given a room with a view I didn’t like, but after I asked for a change, the staff quickly accommodated my request and provided a much better room. Although late check-out was not possible due to full occupancy, the hotel offered me a private room with a shower and toilet so I could freshen up before heading to the airport, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Location, near the beach and restaurants. Housekeeping generally did an ok job, given the maintenance limitations. Really good spa in front of the hotel (pinewood), recommend visiting. Hotel, needs a proper refresh. A lot of things are quite dated in the room and generally across the hotel. It unfortunately doesn't look like in the pictures. Some parts seem to be still unfinished since the start (e.g. tile frames of the shower door) Rooms and especially bathrooms are very dark, would need better lighting in the bathroom. Pool didn't look clean, with debris/trash collecting in corners. Might be due to number of guests during high season, but more cleaning would be required. Hence didn't use the pool.

Location #1, close to beach access and on the main strip We had a pool access room but it was at the end where all of the trash and debris would accumulate so it felt dirty and uninviting to access from my room.

Awesome location, close to the beach and good restaurants. High quality breakfast. Nice staff. Bella and Anton at the lobby were great supporters and always kind. Shout out to them!

Beautiful property with very close proximity to the beach. Staff is really kind and attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and AC worked really well given the hot and humid climate of Phuket. The breakfast collab with Kiri restaurant was great and food was excellent. We did have a small blip with 1 vegan person in our party served with 4 eggs in the lunch box packed by the restaurant. But the staff was very apologetic and tried their best to make up for the mistake.

The staff were amazing, very helpful, and always smiled each time you walked by them. A big thanks to Bella, Patty, Wendy, Anton, Icy and Mint for their great hospitality. Nothing to add.

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Our toilet needed a little extra help flushing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Marina Fashion Hotel! The room was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect: just a short walk to the beach, with the Kata Night Market only five minutes away. There are also plenty of great restaurants and massage spots nearby. A big thank you to the staff Bella, Ice, Pond, and Mint for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks as well to the restaurant trainee for their excellent service. Couldn't see the ocean, But didn't pay for it like the beach front resorts.

10th time I have stayed here . Pool access room is great . Staff are young, vibrant and energetic. The breakfast manager , Sut, I’ve known for the passed 10 years . He is extremely professional and makes dining a treat / customer service is second to none . The entire stay was magical . Nil

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! ? 1 minute walking to Kata beach. Clean and well designed room, and the balcony is a plus. The pool is really nice. Special thanks for the amazing staff (Patty, Wendy & Mint) and also the room service (the cleaner) for her cleaning and friendly personality. No laundry service. Too expensive for tours booking.

We stayed at Sugar Marina Hotel —FASHION in Kata Beach, and really enjoyed our stay. The on-site Kiri Restaurant offers a great breakfast buffet with attentive and helpful service. Our rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. As requested, we were given two rooms next to each other, which was very convenient. From check-in, Bella, Mint, Weddy, and Sarah warmly welcomed us, assisted with our luggage, and showed us to our rooms. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay. We’d definitely recommend it! None

Location is good and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is an absolute joke with a children’s playing area inside it. Construction noise through my stay and the Maintenace on the hotel is terrible with no hot water for 2 days and broken appliances.
