The hotel staff, location, and pool were all amazing. Honestly, everything was excellent! I would go back a million times over. And I can't forget the breakfast it was delicious. I absolutely loved my stay and enjoyed every moment. A special thanks to the reception staff for their outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended! Lol, Nothing. just that it was a little far from the old town but i loved it there.

We had to call a few times to request fresh towels and more toilet paper, as they did not clean the room after we selected the clean the room option at the door.

Loved how clean the place was and the welcoming staff they were so sweet and welcomed us with drinks, the location was nice and close to the beach although we didn’t swim in it, it was close to other beaches and only cost us about 3000 bhts to go to old town and other places, its great vlaue for its money and the breakfast was amazing and very diverse

The only small issue we experienced was in the shower area — when taking a shower, the water tended to flow toward the toilet area and did not drain properly. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall amazing experience.

The room floor had some moisture and was wet and slippery, which could be a safety concern.

Front desk Lyn provided outstanding customer service. Lyn was very attentive to our needs after arriving from a long flight. She always greeted and kept a smile on her face. Pablo and Tina were also very helpful and make sure we were well throughout our stay The breakfast buffet did not have a good variety

Very beautiful resort and very close to Kata beach We booked a double bed but got a twin bed. Door locks didn’t work properly. No elevators. Had to walk up stairs every time to go to our room. Room was very expensive for the quality and service provided.

The room we had was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the view from our window/ balcony was not that great. It was the back of the hotel, with local plants, a fence, and some pipes. If I had said something when we were first taken to the room, they may have had another option for us. I didn’t, so maybe I shouldn’t complain. But it is something for potential visitors to be aware of.

The hotel staff were exceptional. They resolved every issue quickly and efficiently, and made my stay truly enjoyable. The room was comfortable and the atmosphere in the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Some minor issues with AC that were solved promptly by the staff.

We had a wonderful stay. The area was calm and quiet, but still within easy walking distance of the main vibrant streets. Pools are small but anyway we were walking to the beach every day.
