Wonderful for Family staying

The room had a bad smell the whole time, the toilet was leaking. The reception/staff didn’t understand any english

The staff was helpful. The bathroom barely functioned. It's somehow louder than the street that it exists on. It's on the only street with "special" massage parlors, so as a single man you will be harassed constantly. The bed was poor quality. They were constantly doing renovations. Despite looking like it's right next to the beach, it's at least a 15 minute walk if not longer.

This hotel was my go-to place when I visit Kata. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Also towels & bed sheets & pillow cases are spotlessly clean. Towels are the fluffiest that I’ve been given in Thailand. I like smart TV and layout of the room I stay. A/C is new and works perfectly. I like that they give 2 bottles of water, they have shuttle bus to the beach and the staff is the best! Also at Sawasdee Village (right across the hotel) they serve an amazing open buffet breakfast just for 350 Baht. Unfortunately a mouse has visited my room around 6 am on the last day of my stay. (I reported the problem and I’m sure they will take the situation seriously.) Also there is a very loud construction going on from 8 am to 6 pm every day inside of the hotel. I’m happy that the hotel is getting renovated but the nois is unbearable. (As I’ve being told, the construction is expected to continue during next 2 months.) Despite the situation they keep applying normal rates for the rooms - no discounts.

The location is great, the shuttle to the beach and beach towels were appreciated. The kitchen is fantastic but we didn’t use it. Prices were very reasonable. The windows looked straight at a wall. Construction noises all day. Neon lighting. The front desk was often unoccupied so hard to get assistance.

I booked the "Suite with Terrace" room on the top floor. POWER OUTLETS: None of the power outlets are usable, except for the one that is inconvenientpy hiding under the T.V. counter. The rest of the outlets are so old and overused that anything plugged in just falls out. PRIVACY: There was remodeling taking place on the floor beneath us (very loud all day 08:00-18:00, best I can tell). The contractors needed regular access to some maintenance area above our room. As a result, contractors would enter the Suite randomly throughout the day without any - without any alert, they would just walk into the Suite. BATHROOMS: One of the showers had a clogged drain and could not be used. The other bathroom's sink didn't work. All the photo's on the booking website of this room were not close to accurate.

There is construction going on that is so loud you can't hear yourself think in the rooms, it goes from 9am to 9pm,

Great (my 2nd stay) for a budget hotel but of course lacks some full service

Big bonus for us was the kitchen downstairs! Everything there was very clean and in good condition The big window in our room had a curtain, but it didnt fully cover at night, so the lights of the big blinking LED Sign kept shining into the room. Also, I drank from the water fountain and got sick. As soon as I stopped drinking from it and started buying water (after a couple days) I got better. Maybe, just do not use the waterfountain if you have a sensitive stomach :) everything else was perfect!

This place is perfect either for short or long stays. This is my second time here. Very clean and comfy rooms, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, good AC, no noise from other rooms, smart tv, shared kitchen, all amazing ! Also shuttle to the beach every hour untill 5 pm is very useful . (The hotel is not far from the sea ~15 min. by walking. But it’s very useful for hot days.) They provide beach towels, iron, ironing board as well. Location is great, you have everything you need around including laundry, ATM, 7-11, bars, restaurants etc. The lady at the reception (Sunshine) is lovely and helped me with everything I need, I want to thank her from bottom of my heart. She is an additional value to the Hotel. This place exceeded my expectations. Nothing

7 nights and we love this place!!! The hotel is lovely, located in the middle of many good spots. ❤️ You can walk anywhere and explore the area around you. We got a pretty good deal so compared with what we got, totally worth every single baht. ? We are nomads, my partner is working in the room while I'm working in the lobby. The Internet is really fast and if you have an HDMI cable to connect your laptop to the big TV screen, I highly recommend it. ?‍? ?‍? The room is clean, the AC is cold, water pressure is super strong!!, mini fridge is lovely, hair dryer and kettle has provided. We don't cook but the common kitchen in the lobby is very impressive. Fully equipped and kept clean all the time. Receptions are lovely and other staff members are well manner and giving their best service. Thank you and hope to be back again.. ?? Not "We didn't like" but "What we think it can be better" ***There is no water gun in the toilet???*** 1. If you are traveling with a car, you will need to move the car to another side of the street every night!! There is a rule to allow parking on the different side between odd and even days. If you didn't bother to move, you will get the ticket or wheel locked the next day. **You need to turn the car to the same side of the traffic way. We didn't know about this. We parked the car on the correct side but headed against the traffic way. Luckily, we didn't get the ticket. 2. There is one whole day that the whole area has lost the power due to bad weather. There are no backup plans, and we need to find the co-worker space in Rawai, cost us half of the price that we paid the hotel for the whole week ? 3. Lobby is very lovely but lonely, colorful but faded.The atmosphere is very tired against the vibe of the place, especially on the bad weather days. Maybe play some music would cheer it up. 4. There are too many mosquitoes in the lobby. I understand that it's a natural thing. The hotel has mosquitoes sprayed provided, but that doesn't help much. 5. Receptions are not very active. As the person who works in the hotel industry too, I feel like they can be more attentive and energetic. They are nice but I believe they can do better. People around the hotel gave us more information than the staff that working in our hotel. 6. The toilet door and the shower room door is the same one, you can't use both in the same time as it's a slide door!! ? so if you are coming with friends... it would be a bit awkward. Also if you are taller than 180cm(6ft) or have long legs, you might have a bit of hard time using the toilet.

Room very comfortable, nice shower and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My room was very comfortable. Very good wifi. There is a shuttle bus to the beach every hour! Comfortable big bed, comfortable pillows, snow white clean linens and towels, great employees, smart tv with Netflix, Prime etc accounts. Free water bottles every day. There were toothbrush and toothpaste packets which made me surprise. They give beach towel as well and they are generous with toilet paper. No flood when you shower, no bugs, no mosquitos, no sewer smell despite how much it rains. Also elevator works well. They let me check in early. You can buy fresh fish from Makro food service (15 minutes by walking) and cook it in the shared kitchen. There is no hill to climb up to walk to the beach. There are many good restaurants, exchange offices, ATMs, 7-11 close to the hotel. There is live music and karaoke bar at Palm Square which is less than 100 meters to the hotel. Bathroom and shower could be bigger. It’s difficult to use 1sq meter bathroom with a toilet in it. Also there is no bidet which is the only downside for me. The water was not warm when showering but it’s not an issue for me as well. Curtain is not enough to block street light in the night. After using the elevator, there are 6 more steps to climb up before reaching the rooms. This is not an issue for me but I’d like to mention for someone who may need this information. (Cleaning lady helped me to carry my big size luggage upstairs ?)

Firstly, the staff are prompt, helpful, and possess great customer service. The shared kitchen was a huge highlight for me as I loved buying fresh fruit at a near by market for breakfast and preparing it on site. The room itself was great- large in size, linens were comfortable, and the AC worked! This hotel is conveniently located near the main road but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to maintain a mostly quiet atmosphere. My only real feedback for improvement would be that the bed needs to be replaced soon, and I wish my room had a window. All in all- a good experience here.
