The hotel is very new and clean, territory is fancy and well-mantained! Pool is amazing, breakfast has lots of choices. There are even yoga classes! The bathroom has no "wall" or proper door... it's just a glass divider. If you're not that close with your roommate that can be a problem. You can't even flush toilet at night without waking up another person :(

The lay out of the room was good - spacious. Comfort of the room was very good. I liked that the toilet area was enclosed. Didn't care for the location, particularly because of the busy street and foot traffic near the entrance of the hotel - very noisy. The room itself was quiet however. I requested, via email, a room on the second floor not near the pool. They gave me a room away from the pool, however, not on the 2nd floor. They replied to my request via email before my stay that they would try to accommodate my request. If I were to return to Phucket, i wouldn't re-book this hotel as there are way better hotel locations on other beaches. I found the beach closest to the hotel was over crowded and not as pretty as other beaches. The whole Kata beach area, as well as other beaches, was sadly inundated with rude, arrogant Russian nationals.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, we were always greeted with a smile! Breakfast was absolutely worth it. There was a great selection of Thai food as well as Western/European options. I saw a comment saying they wished there were more Western/European choices… are you kidding me? They went above and beyond to cater to everyone, and we enjoyed everything during our one-week stay. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and looked just like the pictures. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again. -A bit of a walk from entrance to the actual room. Can get tiring if you’re in and out multiple times a day. -I wish the pool hours were a bit longer. Sometimes we’re out all day and the pool closes by the time we’re back but most hotels in Thailand have the same exact pool hours.

Very modern nice stylish hotel Nothing

The resort has a beautiful design and a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient and worked well for exploring the area and visiting beatiful Kata Beach. We liked that the hotel was modern, stylish, and generally clean. There were ants in our room during the stay, which was disappointing. At breakfast, birds were eating directly from the buffet, and although we informed the staff, the issue was not addressed. Because of this, we chose to eat only from indoor plates the following day and skipped breakfast entirely on our departure day. Even without the birds, the breakfast quality was rather mediocre. The hotel also requires a cash-only deposit, which felt inconvenient. Considering the overall price level, we expected a higher standard, particularly regarding hygiene and food quality.

Location Staff was just adequate. Be aware they do not serve any alcohol which is absolutely not a deal breaker for us but we were not aware of this.

The hotel is amazing, very beautiful, modern and good location, rooms comfortable and nice balcony, so beautiful at night with the lights also, and the staff is very nice too!

The location The resort facility manager was rude and she pushed us out of the hotel in a very nasty way. She ruined our stay in Thailand. They took our deposit when we were leaving justifying that by late check out

Location was great. Easy to get around with good restaurants nearby and a 7 Eleven across the road which helped. Resort was gorgeous and well cared for with the staff being extremely responsive and happy to help

We were extremely happy with this hotel: a large, clean room, a great view of the pool, a huge, comfortable bed, and incredibly friendly staff who are always ready to help. The hotel grounds are very well maintained, with beautiful lighting around New Year’s. There’s a decent gym, a sauna, and a meeting room. I was a bit worried about the Wi-Fi rating since I needed to work occasionally, but surprisingly, the Wi-Fi was very stable and fast throughout the entire property — in the room, on the balcony, and near the bar. We really appreciated that we were able to check in early, as the room was already ready. On check-out day, if you have a late flight, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room, continue using the pool, take a shower/restroom afterward, and even use beach towels for going to the beach, a very nice option (for free, of course)! The deposit of 3,000 THB or 100 USD is fully refundable, so no worries there. Breakfast was served at a nearby café, and we were happy with both the variety and the taste. We really didn’t want to leave. One room feature that many people mention: the sink is located in the room, and the wall between the toilet/shower doesn’t reach the ceiling (visible in the photos). We were aware of this in advance and prepared for it, so it didn’t affect our stay at all. Just something to keep in mind so it doesn’t come as a surprise.

Beautiful property and pool. Shuttle service to beach which is close by. Perfectly located next to everything you need. Decent breakfast buffet included. Clean. never had to give a cash deposit at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at (3,000 BHT). Very inconvenient. We arrived at 2:30 and our room was not ready so had to leave our luggage and explore. Our room was smaller then expected and the musty mildew smell was disgusting, we even went to 7eleven to buy air fresheners but did little to help mask the smell. There were no other rooms available as they were sold out. Not sure why such a new hotel would have this issue. Even after been given a dehumidifier our room still smelled and left all our clothes with a horrible stench. The water in the bathroom sink was only cold and the shower temperature would change to scolding hot while showering. Room cleaning is up to 5:30 pm, some days our room wasn’t cleaned until the evening. We were here for our honeymoon which I mentioned to the hotel and on our second day they came in while we were in our room to make a special design layout on our bed. Very odd they would do this on our second day and while we were in our room. The thought and effort was appreciated but would of preferred to not have two people in our small room while I was showering and my wife was relaxing on the bed. Very hotel we stayed at provided slippers except this one. The robes in our room were xs and when we asked for a bigger size they gave us xl.

Kata beach itself was very crowded and not very clean, but we stayed to explore Phuket, nor for the beach, so it worked out perfectly for us. The hihglights were old Phuket street market and a massage at The 1 Thai Massage (amazing, highly recommend!) We also did a full day island hopping tour that was incredible.

Love the look and feel and the amenities of it, very comfy bed, enough and fluffy pillows, pool access room was great, it’s center Kata which makes a lot of things walkable I am not sure if price/value pays off. Room cleaning was quite late around 4-5pm, some things were not refilled (e.g had my glass for 4 days until I got a new one, sanitary bags were empty) It doesn’t have its own restaurant which is normal for boutique style but unfortunately it took a bit longer to get food/drinks at the pool - the breakfast was buffet style and a few things like a eggs, pancakes etc were pre made and unfortunately cold :( There is a 3000TBH deposit cash needed, that info should be added earlier in the process as it made the check in not as smooth
