Breakfast was really good and the manager treated us well. Rooms are also cozy. They also provide a shuttle and a towel for the beach which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Location is far from everything. It is only possible to move by taxi. Also during check-out the staff's behavior was unpleasant who requested 0.80$ for snack. Although I asked them to remove everything from mini bar.

Location is not that great. The shuttle to the beach is every 2 hrs and not very convenient. Not walkable to the beach due to the heat and distance. The last shuttle is very early and a little before sunset. I wish it was a bit later and the shuttle run more frequently. I asked them to fill my water bottle at the restaurant and they refused. Also I order food in my room the day before my departure and I did not feel good afterwards. It was expensive for the amount of food. I told them when checking out that I had stomachache from the food and they still charged me the full amount. I would not stay there again. I will look for a place near the beach. Kata beach is really nice but very crowded and you have to rent beach chairs. The hotel is also 30min bike ride from the hotel. One hour from the airport.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience when booking a taxi to the airport through the hotel, as the taxi never arrived and I could have missed my flight. Fortunately, I was able to arrange another taxi on my own.

Pretty clean and friendly staff Location is away from town. Pool too small for size and number of people. Was not what we expected from pictures. I would take an upper patio/balcony rather than a pool entrance.

My room was by the entrance of the restaurant where they serve breakfast. The same floor has kids club, gym and spa. It was kinda loud. If you are staying here just make sure to ask for a room away from floor 1.

The location îs a bit far from anything so you need to take car most times.

One of the best hotels to stay in, very comfortable and the staff are great starting from the reception to the shuttle services and the best breakfast for sure with the kind staff Beam and Golf. Love it and will come back thanks. Nothing

Very comfortable and luxury experience. Room is very spacious and shower alone is worth it. Staff is very friendly and always very available. They are for sure the secret weapon of this hotel.
