We booked 4(1 Bedroom villas) rooms were spacious with all the amenities and daily housekeeping..close to kata beach and night market 20 minutes..food you will have to order from grab or eat out..stay is in a quiet place with a pool

Everything! Excellent value for money! Lovely staff and facilities. Some great Thai restaurants nearby, in addition to two shops and a market. It would be nice to have mosquito nets on the windows. We wanted to leave the windows open but it was impossible, because of the mosquitoes. This seems to be a Thailand thing though, many properties don’t have mosquito nets installed for some reason. Also, it would be great if they provided forks, spoons and some plates. The bungalow had a nice kitchen area, but all they had provided were two glasses and two tea cups.

Very nice property on the outskirts of the normal touristy area of kata. Very spacious suites with multiple rooms! Pool area was very inviting. Many more local style restaurants near by as well as a market on select days. Very clean and comfortable! Would definitely return

The beds were VERY hard, really uncomfortable. There's also a problem with ventilation in bathrooms, occasionally causing unpleasant smell.

The hostess is AMAZING!!! Extremely helpful and nice, nice little pool, spacious bungalow, very clean and quiet. Location is bad, 25-30 min. Walk to the beach no pedestrian lane, bed rock hard.

The place is spacious, big! Aircon in the room is powerful. Good wifi speed. Small pool but very private. Nothing, but if we have to say one thing: The couch and chairs were a bit uncomfortable

The family suite was really big and great to stay. Three bedrooms, hall and kitchen. 7/11 just 5 min walk or one minute ride. A swimming pool is a serious plus. My kids were really happy about it. There is a parking spot both for cars and bikes. It is essential though that you need a vehicle for comfortable stay. We’ve chosen to rent two bikes for the family of four.
