This is one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in. From the rooms to the landscape, you will not want to leave. The pool is absolutely incredible! The drinks were delicious and a fair price. Breakfast had a variety of yummy choices. Our private villa was incredible! The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful. Overall, excellent stay!

Facility itself was like something out of Breath of the Wild, which I personally loved. Maybe it's common in Phuket cos I was the only one really psyched about it. The room I got initially was great, and after some problems I got upgraded to a newer one which was really out of this world for me. Direct access to the water below via staircase, floating around like Link, incredible really. The balconies were dirty both times I stayed on the older side. I waited an hour for staff to help me move to a new room, and stayed for 2 hours on the last day, but they charged me for an entire day, and refused to give me a coupon or anything. Some underlying hostility in wait staff.

The pools are really nice Breakfast was not a Thai 5 star hotel, kids club has limited stuff and not a lot of activities and closes at 5pm, location is far from Main Street but good tuktuk service

The facility is good, room was new and clean The location is not very convenient, buggy to main gate was good, but the shuttle to kata beach is only 3 times a day, not enough considering the price of this hotel

The swimming pool facilities were unique and impressive. The two bottles of water provided by the hotel weren’t enough, and when I tried to buy more, the price was surprisingly high. Although the restaurant said the ice was safe to consume, it looked quite dirty.

The hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel but fell far from it when comparing with other 5 star hotels in Thailand. The breakfast was bad quality, you can barely find something normal to eat. The rooms do not have a bath which makes it difficult with young kids and the main pool and facilities are bare and not as nice as in the pictures. The hotel is a far walk to the Main Street but there are golf carts that can take you to the street. We checked out earlier as it did not serve our needs as a family and the hotel refused to return our money, even though the issues were stated within 24 hours.

Lots of pools. Food was nice but expensive, same food could be got down the road for less than half the price. The swim up rooms while a great novelty it meant your room was left open if you choose to leave your room this way for a swim. I would suggest a key code method to lock the room. Also, there are no numbers on the rooms from the pool side and people were going to the wrong rooms mistakenly before they realised. The ‘sports bar’ never had any sports on. It was closed at 10pm and therefore there was nowhere to have an evening drink if you returned from being out in the town. It really lacked any atmosphere. The staff didn’t clear up any used glasses around the pool until late in the evening so if you didn’t arrive to the pool until later it was difficult to find a clean bed/table. Food was lovely but totally over priced, which meant people didn’t eat there and went down the town. Spa was also 3 times the price of everywhere else.

They upgraded us to the most luxury villa which was an amazing high point of our stay in Phuket. Staff were friendly and house keeping were great. I experienced a large number of bites which we now believe to be bed bugs. Also there was not much choice for English people at breakfast!

We like Kata area. It was the second time we go to this hotel. We liked the pool of this hotel. We liked the behavior of the staff. We liked the cleanliness of this room. You can't go by motorbike to the main hotel parking near the room - breakfast was ordinary, not very good - when I booked I chose the option to pay on site which was 10% more expensive, but the hotel charged the card without my knowledge, which was unprofessional and they didn't refund this extra 10% even when I checked in! And not being informed to pay on the spot, I changed the dollar to baht to pay the fee and I lost 453 dollars from this hotel!!

Great location set back from the noise of the main street. Good pool. However the air-conditioning system in the room was very poorly setup. Kept turning off, in 3 days we had to call Reception 4 times to have it turned back on again - very frustrating.
