Didn't like the location, it was a good 15 min walk to get to the mains street with restaurants and stores.

If you get this place at a cheap rate then it's not bad. However, at 215 USD / night I expected a bit more. It's not 4 *. It's a 2.5-3* and that's fine but the advertising and pictures are a bit misleading . They were incredibly cheap as well. The hotel only provides two small bottles of water a day. One day we took it out and didn't bring the glass water bottle back... They would only give us one the next day. Apparently they count the free water bottles. I brought it up with the front desk and they eventually agreed to give me a 2nd one. It's something I feel shouldn't have even been a conversation. They also don't want to issue you more than one card. Presumably so you don't leave the AC on while you're not there. Which I don't necessarily disagree with but again...not places I've been issue 2 cards on check in. One night we asked for a 2nd card as my son misplaced it and they didn't even have spares. We had to wait until the next day. Finally, similar to the water, one of the towels from our room went missing (presumably the cleaner picked up two and only put one back). Again no big deal until you ask for a 2nd towel. Eventually I got it sorted out at the front desk but it shouldn't have been a hassle. Maybe they have people steeling towels in the past - I'm not sure. The breakfast is ok. Not bad, not amazing. Overall, it's an ok hotel. Quiet and the rooms are decently appointed. If this was 150-175/night I probably wouldn't be saying anything. But if you bill yourself as a 4* and charge over 200 /night, management needa to lighten up and stop pjnchnng pennies. It spoils the experience. I wouldn't go back.

they upgraded me to make up for the first night that was a bit complicated. it was much appreciated, and the suite was great.

I loved that the pool was big and clean. The room was also big, nice. Breakfast very good and all the personnel was nice, polite. The door at our room had a problem and was closing really hard and the shower was pretty old, you could see it was deteriorated and needed a nice upgrade

Big rooms. Great breakfast. Great personal. The furniture was a little bit old but that really was not important to us since it was clean and very comfortable
