Very welcoming and helpful staff, they are always available to help you in any way durning your stay. The food service was so good, I never wanted to eat anywhere else. Beautiful rooms and interior. I can’t think of anything. They really pay attention to all the details.

Very nice hotel option right in the heart of Thamel. Very well run with helpful and friendly staff. The food is excellent too!

I had a frustrating experience with the hotel's airport shuttle service. They didn't have a representative at the exit point, and I had to wait almost an hour for a mini van, not the private car I booked. If you're a solo traveler, I'd recommend taking a taxi from the stand instead. It'll cost you between Rs800 to Rs1000 to get to Thamel, but be careful of taxi scammers at the airport.

Excellent in every category. At a great price too. Sometimes you get lucky to find a place that feels like home. The staff here is so welcoming and kind. The restaurant serves fresh and delicious food. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Tucked away from the noisy street life of Thamel, it’s a quiet retreat close to the best of Kathmandu. I don’t have anything that I didn’t like.

The property is located at a prime location Kathmandu. Everything is super nearby. The staff goes over and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Huge shoutout to them. I stayed there just for a night but loved the overall experience.

the little young girl over reception is extremely kind and helpful she made sure to do whatever we requested for . the bed mattress were super comfy .it's budget friendly and I will recommend it to all my friends who will visit nepal nothing

- As a solo female traveler, I felt safe throughout my stay. - The rooms are spacious, though I did request a room change upon arrival. - The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. - The security guard was especially friendly. - The room comes with towels, soap, and a toothbrush provided. - Breakfast was good and satisfying. -The location is perfect: right at the entrance of Thamel. - Breakfast could be a bit different, - Please wash the vegetables more ?

I had a really wonderful stay at the hotel elegant kathmandu inn. My room was so comfortable , clean and had everything I needed. The staff were so lovely, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was even included and there was so much variety, really impressive. Location was great, close to the main area but really quiet, i slept really well. I highly recommend a stay here and will be back myself when I return to Kathmandu.
